Wonderful atmosphere. I feel so rejuvenated and refreshed after the Pilates classes! Working my way up to the 26&2 yoga, but I truly enjoy the express yoga and yin yoga classes. The instructors are kind, welcoming, and explain the moves well. Definitely recommend trying these classes!

Formerly Bikram Yoga Rio Salado, we evolved into The Foundry in 2017 as we expanded our offerings beyond just Bikram Yoga. But don't worry - we still offer traditional 90-minute Bikram Yoga classes everyday as well as other styles of Yoga, Pilates, HIIT & Barre classes.
We believe that by inspiring people to grow and evolve themselves, they will spark joy and happiness. Our hope is that this ripple effect will spread joy and happiness to their relationships, their friends, their families, the community, and eventually to the world.
