I happened to be in the local area and came into this shop, and their service exceeded my expectations! They have the best selections and pricing! Alyssa was so kind and helpful! I'll without a doubt make the drive just to visit here.

Came in the store and watch the cashier served everybody as they were coming in before me even though I was already there and then didn't ID anybody and then when I stepped up to the plate he asked for my ID so I felt a little bit personal when you let an underage girl go in there and don't ask for her id very unprofessional then proceeded to make a sarcastic laugh because I didn't make a purchase because I was looking That's the whole point of being a cashier and a salesman quite literally

Since 2019 I’ve stopped by this store, and within that time it’s gone through impressive renovations. The Habit is conveniently located (for me), has tons of products, tends to have timely service and employees are pleasant and bubbly. I really enjoy their atmosphere, but my gripe is there isn’t a reliable refund policy. The best they can do is MAYBE apply a moderate discount. For example, if their shop sells you a faulty item or incorrect coil for your vape, and you so much as peel off the external plastic, that immediately invalidates any refunds. Even if you haven’t touched the inside of the box. Now trust me I understand it’s the USER’S responsibility to know the details of their device, or whatever item they’re purchasing. And I’m sure on their end there are plenty of risks involved with taking back defective items or coils, unopened or otherwise. It’s true there are SO many vapes out there, a lot of times it’s difficult to tell what’s compatible with your device. I don’t expect perfection. I’m aware and accepting that mistakes are bound to happen on either end, sometimes it’s entirely outside the realm of control. That being said I would be pleased to see a policy in place protecting customers who may end up getting the wrong, or faulty, coils/products. In my experience the few times there’ve been issues I haven’t seen much resolution. Instead, mostly encouragement to spend more money. Even if it’s through their point system or store credit, really anything would be better than “well..sorry!” Especially if those products are advertised by the employees as compatible. Perhaps it’s too hopeful to assume something better could be done. However, if they made that huge adjustment I would easily continue my business and give them a 5 star rating, as they’re consistently clean, generally well-stocked, and everyone there carries a smiling face.

. I've been going to this store ever since it opened and the disrespect of talking badly about a customer to other customers is wrong not to mention those people were my friends. The girl working claims to have not remembered me I would literally compliment her lashes alll the time. my wallet was stolen and for the first time ever she has asked for my id ever . She asked for my phone number which is in there system by the way before ever asking for my id. If you have my number in your data base and I have PICTURE OF MY ID. Then what is the issue. I drove 20 minutes to the smoke shop I used to work at just to get my vape.. it's sad to say I'll never be going back to this place and I would get all my bongs and rigs from there as well it's really sad to have such a poor experience that you never come back. I wonder how many other customers she has talked about as there standing right there. Really disappointing I thought this was a real smoke shop. The only person she id was me btw. She didn't ID my friends.

They will sell you a product that is known online to be defective, and then tell you to deal with the manufacturer, as if they can't refund it themselves. Total bull. Employee was nice, though.

Bro wouldn’t sell me a battery cause I “didn’t have id” when I showed him my medical card and said he can’t accept it when I’ve literally never had a problem anywhere else with this

I started going here about a month ago for the stick vapes. I been going in at least 1 - 2 times a week and never had a malfunctioned vape till recently. I bought the 3 for 50 deal and 1 was clogged. I took responsibility for that because I didn't test it in the store. I got another this morning, tested it in store. 4 hours later it died. Same day, I go in to talk to the person who sold me it, told her this is the 2nd malfunctioned vape I got and feel I should be able to exchange it. Fearful of breaking policy, she denied me. I understand why the policy exists, but it still doesn't seem right to sell honest people malfunctioning products and expect them to keep buying them. Especially for us consistent buyers. It'd be smart to look at each individual case to keep your regular customers coming back. Besides ripping off consistent customers, it's a nice shop. If you're going to buy a disposable just accept that you will get malfunctioned products once in a while, sometimes consecutively.

A nice selection of cigars, very friendly and helpful staff. Prices are a little more than some others. All in all a good place to shop.
