I want to thank a Superstition Springs Home Depot Customer Service employee for outstanding customer service. A few days ago, Mikheal helped me with a problem concerning a small refrigerator I ordered on-line. I was charged the wrong price and he assisted me in contacting the online supervisor to get me a refund of the over-priced charge. He also loaded the refrigerator into my SUV for me. He was so polite, friendly and professional, that even though this Home Depot location is out of the way for me and there is a closer Home Depot, I am so very impressed by Mikheal that he now has a repeat customer in me. Thanks, Mikheal for all your help!

I arrived at the Home Depot after closing hours last night. As I was sitting in my car checking the internet to see if another store was still open an unmarked car pulls up and the driver starts aggressively telling me to get off the property. I asked who he was and he said the store manager. He accused me of behaving strangely because I was there after hours. When I asked him to stop yelling he threatened to call the police. The man clearly has an anger issue and shouldn't be interacting with customers at all, let alone managing a store. It makes me wonder how he treats the employees.

I order a refrigerator from home depo almost 2 weeks ago . It came on time but the doors are not working properly . I have had multiple calls in to get it fixed . The most recent guys left the doors still broken and now it's not even on the floor . Seems like a hazard for my small children . Hopfully this will get resolved. I caution anyone who buys from them as apparently you can't return items from the appliance department . If they can't fix it you still have to keep it .

Eileen was extremely rude when the machines didn't work when we tried to pay. The machine appeared to charge us multiple times and Eileen was extremely defensive and borderline hostile from the get go. It turned out the machine had just malfunctioned but regardless she was very rude for no reason.

I ordered and item to be delivered and never received it. I call and talked to supervisor in delivering and she was going to be off on Saturday and someone would call me. I called and talked to male manager and he said it was delivered and they have a picture. The picture was so bad I couldn't tell what it was they took a picture of. I called again and spoke to big shot female, number 2 in the store and she assured me she would call before 5 pm ( no call) I have call 4 times talked to two managers a supervisor and a customer service representative, not one person called or cared that I I never received my item. I spent $240 and will never spend money in this Home Depot again. Rotten customer service

They have planter wall blocks for flower beds for about three dollars. For bulk purchases it costs less. Maybe about thirty three cents less plus eight cents. So forty one cents thereabout. They also have a Kellogg raised bed that feeds for thirty days. The bed costs about ten dollars each. This is equivalent to the dollars and thirty three cents each. They are also organic. They have a nice sign with instructions. They have other interesting items for purchase as well like gazebos. I heard that one of their Halloween items is really hot and flies off the shelves. Customers call ahead to get a jump on them. These are the very tall werewolf wolves or skeletons. I saw a gigantic werewolf wolf on display in the store. One of my neighbors had a skeleton from them and it was on display during the Halloween holiday season.

It's so embarrassing how bad Home Depot's gotten there's no one in the store to help you I just went into spend $500 on power tools ask for help because they have all the power tools locked up there's absolutely no one working in tools the register girl tells me she called somebody I waited 10 minutes then I asked for a manager she told me Cody was on the store manager I asked for him I waited another five minutes he never came it's so ridiculous to try to get any help in Home Depot I just went on the Amazon and bought all my stuff yes I got a wait a day to get my project done but I have two commercial companies and spent $30,000 last year at Home Depot and I am done shopping at Home Depot

I went to rent a tool and Wesley McJunkin, was a great help! Was super fast, went over all safety issues. Very friendly if u ever need a tool ask for him. Home Depot give him a RAISE!!!!

I'm more of a Lowes guy,, but they didn't have a rental counter so I went here. Didn't have any issues with the store or staff, but the trencher I rented threw the chain while I was using it. So just take a good look at whatever your renting first. I was a little disappointed I had to work on something I rented, but I needed to get the job done and it was quicker than going back to the store to exchange it.
