We're here multiple times a week spending hundreds of dollars a trip and customer service is horrific. Employees have been unapologetically rude to us multiple times recently.

Tyler who was answering customer service return calls on 8/4/23 6:00pm was more than helpful, 11/10 customer service rating. I had an issue that had multiple parts to it and I was truly expecting it to be a frustration experience trying to return. Tyler did all he could to help me and made it a light hearted experience. When I had to be on hold for an extended time, he came back to let me know where they were in the process. He gave me options for my return, he listened well, and clearly has excellent customer service skills. I'm super pleased with this experience!

Satuday July 16th. Needed a concrete saw this morning to bust down a wall. The man working the counter was so kind and helpful. Will definitely be returning. I wish I knew his name so he could take credit for being the most helpful person in the Home Depot

I was searching for a number of items that I was unable to locate when Katie came to my assistance and walked with me to locate all the items I needed. She went above and beyond the "call of duty " to assist me at checkout and completing an application for the membership card that failed to complete properly then going further to see that I got a discount. She then assisted me in loading my purchases into my car. Such a friendly gal! I will definitely look for her in future shopping assistance. Thanks Katie!

I own a property management business I frequently need to renovate, repair, and replace items in homes. all of this we do in house within our business. the Home Depot was my go to on Alma school Rd. however this location was closer to my daughters home and we decided to go here. big mistake I tried to exchange an item I purchased at this location for a larger size. I had my receipt the workers in the returns didn't know what they were doing. one of them was just standing around. she looked at me and said I am calling someone up here to help me. literally she just sat there doing nothing. a older gentleman came up and he knew less than the girl. he took one look at me and was making excuses on how he can't return items without the original credit card. I told him I have the receipt and the card on me. apparently that wasn't the answer he wanted. he followed up with how he can't return things. he didn't know how. my husband had enough with their "put out tones." he told me he wanted to leave. as soon as I got in the car my husband told me not to go back to Home Depot. anymore. this one extremely bad experience was enough. you need trained people in each section to help your new employees.

My refrigerator that's only 2 1/2 years old completely stopped working. I had a warranty on it, but it doesn't include the full price of a similar new refrigerator. It's already been 12 days without a refrigerator with no loaner, but I received a gift card/voucher for $580 toward a new one. The rest was out of pocket. Everyone was trying to be helpful, but the loaner refrigerator did not come through causing me more grief and buying more ice. The refrigerator won't be here for another 16 days, and there's no way to get it here sooner. They should have more drivers and trucks for deliveries. I also had to take a couple of days off to wait for a technician.

Just say no to this location. No full service registers open and their new "self checkout corral" has one opening which forces the main aisle to become clogged with confused customers. Felt like I was at the DMV.

I was there on 8/24/22 a very nice guy Mathew was there to load salt. I handed him a tip and he said they don't except tips. He was very nice and said it would be great if I could do review instead so here it is... very friendly and helpful! Also, want to point out another employee Connor in the nursery cashier so friendly and personable!

Fantastic store, fantastic team members and fantastic management. Everyone was willing and eager to help us out, you could tell they all cared. My husband and I just moved to the neighborhood and will be regularly buying everything we need here.

We got a box truck for a little over an hour at the end of the day. All in all we paid ~$40 for gas and the rental and we got it back in time for closing. Made moving easier.

In two days I've been asked three separate times by roving sales people if I want a new air conditioner or water system. I didn't come to Home Depot to be propositioned. It's one thing to have a booth or table representing one of those services for sale. I shouldn't have to duck and cover to avoid roving sales people. I have come to Home Depot for years and frankly will probably start shopping at the blue store more because of this. On a positive note the staff of this location has improved quite a bit over the years. They go above and beyond. This review is no way a reflection of them and more so of a policy allowing this type of sales. I would caution corporate Home Depot in that whatever sales you might be getting from this will 100% decrease sales from your everyday customers

As a contractor we shop at Home Depot's all around the valley. This one by far has a lazy mindset. Employees act out out when you ask them for help, they are always standing around on their phones, there are several who work check out that make you feel unwelcome.

There were 2 carts and a flat cart right by the front of my truck where I couldn't see. Right after I hit them I look over and there's a young employee leaning on the cart return chatting away on his phone. I had to wait for him to finish talking to let him know there's carts everywhere.

This Home Depot is the worst in Mesa. I bought a $150 wheelbarrow (not on floor, in back stock) and not one person at Home Depot could go get it for me. The store was NOT busy...they were happy to charge me, but not one person would go in back to get it. After 20 minutes and the manager of the store ignoring me, the cashier had to refund my money and I went to Lowe's on Higley.
