I can't recommend Chris and Total German Motors enough! From the initial diagnosis to the final repair, everything is handled with professionalism and expertise. Chris is always patient and takes his time to explain the issue to me, making sure I understand before proceeding with the work. The price is beyond fair, and the work is done quickly and efficiently. I especially appreciate their honesty and transparency throughout the process. They never tried to upsell me on unnecessary repairs, which I greatly appreciate. I would definitely recommend Total German Motors to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop! I myself will never go elsewhere.

Cristopher is the owner and he is great. He won’t take work if he doesn’t have time to do it efficiently he’ll let you know what he can do and can’t do and what he does do he does a good job.

Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful auto service! We recently had some ignition issues with a BMW that we had just purchased, so we brought it in to see Chris. It was looking grim before we brought it in, but he was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and efficiently. A few weeks later we realized that something was wrong with the engine, and he was able to discover that a different auto shop had screwed up on its last oil change, which could have resulted in a catastrophic disaster to the engine. Chris again diagnosed and solved the problem like a pro! He is the type of guy that takes pride in his work, and it shows by his passion and how thorough he is, with not only his work, but also his way of helping the customer understand these complex German vehicles. We will definitely be returning for any services regarding our BMW and Mercedes-Benz! Thanks again Chris!

I called TGMW and they got me in on short notice. I was impressed with Chris. He has a great grasp and understanding of these German automobiles. He was thorough in his explanation of my problem and took the time to tell me what I might be expecting for future service. He is honest and runs a nice shop. Labor rates are very affordable. I'll be returning for any future service work.
