The pick up truck I rented was awful smelling. Smell of cigarette smoke. It was horrible. Yes Lindsay tried to air the truck out before I got there but she should have called so I didn't waste my time taking an Uber there to get the truck. I would have Never used that truck. I didn't need a larger vehicle. Just disappointed.

The rental part of U Haul is great, while the load sharing portion needs alot more work. I wont use that portion of the business.

Process was quick and easy to obtain rental van. The associates were all very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Upgraded me from a regular box truck to a manageable cargo van on the fly and took care of me when I needed it longer. Great place to go if you're moving yourself. Helpful and friendly, what more could you ask for.

This Uhaul helped me so much on a stressful moving day, most specifically Lindsay. We talked on the phone so many times throughout the day having to change my contract last minute due to no fault of hers. She stayed late for me to complete all my paperwork and worked as efficiently as she could providing frequent updates. She was amazing and helped my day go as smoothly as possible given less than ideal circumstances.

Too long of a story! Basically everytime I rent a Uhaul it is a nightmare . EVERY TIME ! PENSEKE here we come ! David in Corprate in Mesa Az is awesome and helps ! If it was not for him I would have lost my mind already . Thank you David seriously !

Rented a truck Wednesday 7/10. They gave it to me at 1/8 tank and said if I return it at 1/4 tank I'll get a $25 credit. I filled it up to 1/4 and instead of refunding $25 I was charged an additional $25 for "fuel charges". Whoever they have checking these trucks said it was returned at 1/8 tank again. Thankfully I took a photo of the fuel gage when I dropped it off and will be disputing this with my bank.
