I don't pick up equipment here often, but when I do. It's always a hassle and wait times are usually around 30 min or longer. I dread visiting this place now.

This branch is the worst! The absolute rudest parts guys. Drive to Gilbert or Tempe and get treated like a customer. Ginger behind the screens is the biggest jerk!
