Most rooms dont have a kitchenette. Your stuck with a microwave and a fridge thats it. The room service is supposed to be once a week but that doesn't happen. When it does its basic sweep mop and change towels and make bed using same sheets! The rooms are cheaper then whats around but still to expensive for what they are. The owner plays favoritism and some pay a lot less then others while others are being gouged. You will notice stuff goes missing from your room here so bring a camera and hide it where the owner and his family cant see it and you will catch them taking stuff. When I was kicked out the owner took my social security card as well as birth certificate! Had them in the room before they pack it up and when I got my stuff it was not in it!

My wife and I tried to stay here and got turned away. We went twice. I asked for a room the first time they guy told me that they didn't have any rooms I said ok. We later called and asked if they had any rooms available they said yes. So my wife and I went back this time I let her go get the room and guy told her they didn't have any rooms ???. We came to the conclusion that they were racists. Little did they know I was staying at the hotel behind them and clearly saw that only a couple of people were staying there. I am from Mississippi and I have never been treated like that.

Extremely small room. Rude owners. Roaches. Bed was horrible. Room smells bad. Molded walls. A lot of people on drugs or alcohol. The cops are there like every day.

A little dumpy but nice. Large room with full size refrigerator, microwave and it even had a kitchen. The kitchen might have been bigger than mine. Tri city Inn has always been known for their air conditioning. They remove and clean the air conditioners frequently.

Not the Hilton's that's for sure.Mean owners, homeless people walk around the area and look for something to steal.Bring your own quarters for the laundry room. DON'T Leave your laundry unattended (washing or drying) it will get stolen. Wash at your own risk.

Motel is old it was around since I lived in mesa in the 90s. Weekly rates are a bit cheaper than the other motels. Small motel its been very quiet nobody bothers anyone housekeeper nice lady man running motel has been understanding rooms are actually quite clean. Full size refrigerator very clean no problems large microwave no stove and surprising the best part no bugs. They keep on top of this. I'm very happy.

Another main street nightmare of a hotel . Overpriced, dirty , rude . falling apart . yelled at door dash driver calling him a visitor. Pathetic experience all around . I would complain about the type of people who go there but really they ask for that crowd with their sub par hospitality and run down offerings .
