The worst customer service of any store I visit. Came to pick up an order and been waiting 45 minutes so far. I've asked about my order and they claim to be waiting for someone to become available. Yet when I look around I see nothing but orange aprons stand around visiting laughing and everything else but working.

I made it over to my local HD store on Crismon in Mesa/60. Sunday Dec 10 around 10:45 am. To pick up some florescent lightbulb's. While searching for an associate to assist me an extremely overly ambitious air conditioning sales person came to help me. I explained the purpose of my search in that particular aisle and he proceeded to say I'm sorry I can't help you I sell air-conditioning and I'm an independent vendor.I said OK that's fine. I'm just waiting for a representative that can come over and assist me. This vendor then preceded to sell me an air conditioning in December when it's 50° outside during the day and 32° at night. I told him I was not interested. I'm here to buy a fluorescent lightbulb and I'm waiting for an associate. The vendor proceeded to continue to sell me on the benefits of air-conditioning to my home. I explain once again that I was not interested in air-conditioning. I was there for a fluorescent lightbulb. Continued on with all the benefits of air-conditioning for my home. I explain I don't want to be rude. However, if you continue on the path you're going on, I'll be reporting you to management. Again, to prove a point that he could get me upset he continued on with the possibilities of how his air-conditioning could improve my home. I wish I could only remember his name because every other associate inside that Home Depot while they may not be familiar with what question I may have they all jumped on trying to make sure That I had someone come to me when that person was available to answer my questions. This independent vendor is a major blemish to the Home Depot as he wears a Home Depot apparel. Looks like he's a Home Depot employee at first contact. This kid had I not been with my 86-year-old mother could've had a very rude awakening, considering the path he was on and challenging the customer just to prove that he could control the conversation and try and make a sale. I'm in sales have been for 25 years and I certainly know when and when not a customer is interested in a product or service that I can provide.Again, I could only wish I remember his name. However, if I see this kid again, I'll make a point of getting his name so I can report him to management. He basically is a young punk kid and I can assure you perhaps he won't be there too much longer at least I hope so, very disappointed as I do a lot of business at Home Depot versus Lowe's and encourage people to go to Home Depot in lieu of Lowe's. If I see that kid again at that store it will tell me that Home Depot doesn't much care about the reputation by allowing an individual vendor like that, enter into their space, hope something is done

This Home Depot is unbelievable. They will allow a man to follow women around the store and ask weird and creepy questions! I came to this Home Depot location on Black Friday 2023 to get some of their advertised deals. As I was making my way to the checkout, a man came up behind me and asked me if he could take my photo! He was wearing all dark clothing (dark colored pants, dark colored hoodie, and dark hat). It was creepy and unnerving! I obviously said no and quickly moved away from this man! It was not a Home Depot employee as he had no Home Depot apron or name tag visible! I reported this to the checker and she dismissed my concerns and actually laughed at me! Having a strange man follow you and ask if he can take your photo inside of a store is a legitimate concern. The checker should have immediately got in touch with management over this...instead, she just laughed at me. This Home Depot obviously does not care about customer safety while inside of their store!

Spent 20 minutes searching for lumber cart and when I did find one spent another 20 minutes finding non warped lumber. Once lumber was loaded went 2 isles over to grab something. Came back 3 minutes later and lumber was and cart were gone. I hate this freaking store, bunch of trash shop here.

Terrible customer service. Asked for help finding something and was told "we don't have that" without even checking; I didn't even get to show them what I was looking for and it said online that it was available in the store. The men just wanted to keep gossiping and couldn't help be bothered by a woman who needed help.

Customer service is poor. I needed assistance and associates through out the store kept their bras down while I lingered and waited to be assisted instead of directing me or assisting me for five minutes they'd rather have me hover ... since when does customer service no longer matter.

Jake in the flooring department was a wonderful help!! He took the time to explain all aspects of the process and was patient in helping us sort out all of our measurements and even waited for us to return home for additional measurements and continue our estimate once we returned!! A+ for Jake from Home Depot!!

My neighborhood Home Depot is my go-to for things needed around the house as well as outside my house (weed killer, bug repellent, etc). This visit was to get 12 x 12 x 1 air filters for my home but unfortunately they didn't have what I needed but will still frequent them for other needed items. I also like going in here for seasonal and holiday items and they usually have a really good selection. Also the go-to place when I need storage bins!Close to home for me as well, so thank you Home Depot!

Usually Home Depot is chock full of competent retired electricians and plumbers brining with them a wealth of knowledge. Not this store. Ask a question you're met with a lot of uhhh's and looking at the HD app. I can look at the app.

went to home depot to buy some vinyl peel and stick tile, says 1.29 a sq but you only want 12 squares but new policy under new management was buy the whole box only but does not say that, I always bought what I needed many boxes were not even full where did rest go. Its like a lot places now sell customer what they do not need all about how to make money at those places customers are none of their concern. now go to lowes they sell by the piece, same goes for walmart. home depot has done about face on customer care. not about customer but about home depot making money

Dishwasher never arrived and they put the ball in my court to resolve their problem. Stove was not installed or removed when it arrived, I paid over $1,500 for a missing dishwasher, install of dw and range that never happened $144 and haul away of $80 that never happened. When the driver arrived they banged on wrong door, neighbor said it sounded like they were breaking door down and then "Hey chief we got your stuff here!". Then they proceed to my home after I see them at wrong house, the driver's assistant 1 of 2 assistants did not identify himself, but wandered around the living room and stared at a beautiful lit up fireplace and says "this is a tweeker neighbor" not sure it was a comment or question. I took him to the back sliding door and pointed to houses behind mine $750k to over $1m and said "do these look like tweeker houses? and named all the price ranges and "where do you live" ...and "I am pretty sure we all have high level jobs and or incomes, not sure tweekers can afford these homes unless we are the cartel". Spent three more hours working with five of their six divisions needed to get the appliance to my home...they say "we are chasing around the warehouse to locate the dishwasher, give us 48 hours" called two or three remote people who resolve issues but don't work in the warehouse, they say they will put camera footage of the warehouse load to the truck and to give them 48 more hours after the four hours I had already allowed them 4 of my hours, my time normally bills out at $165 on the hour...I was unbillable my kitchen of which I drove from San Diego to Superstition Mtn AJ to meet up for this appliance specifically in person was wasted...I was unable to complete the kitchen project 14 hours drive both ways...no kitchen completed, broken faucet, and not appliances installed and/or removed...and insulted in the process IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!!! Spoke to the store assistant manager Andrew, he said they have a separate "appliance.com" part of HD that has all details, he was nice. Relayed my problem again next day in person when changing out a broken "glacier bay" home depot product to store, to the refund clerk and store night manager, they were both sorry but could do nothing, my 48 hours is now up they have not texted me or emailed me or called me about my missing dishwasher or charges for install/remove. Also when at the store I almost broke out into tears over all the stress that evening but contained myself. Then ..to finish the story...which is now on my bank pending a full credit...the driver tried to get me to sign off for a full ordered products, I made him state no dw, no install and no haulaways, then he told me it was his copy when I went to take it after he signed it, and I said "no my copy must state you did not bring me my dw, etc...oh it is not carbon copied..come on dude I know contract law...what is going on here?" So I helped him write it twice what was not delivered on both his and mine deliver pages....SCAMMERS THESE DRIVERS....I WONDER WERE THEY TRYING TO DEAL ME DRUGS? The driver did mention weed I brought his up....so maybe he was being cool? but this tweeker guy comment....really! NEVER EVER EVER EVER BUY THEIR APPLIANCES!!! GO TO LOWES FOR THEM over 10 PURCHASES WITH LOWES 100% PERVECTION EVERY TIME....THE STORE DIRECT PURCHASES HOWEVER ARE FINE. Well I have lost over $500 of my work time billable, could not supervise my work crew. And still they don't care to tell me why and they have my money. My bank is in the process of giving me a full credit. Now I will have to wait till that goes through, get my new DW from Lowes before the 9th when their sale ends....and I AM NOT HAPPY.

EVEYBODY parks in the trailer parking and under the contractor parking! I have a broken arm, came in for bags of concrete with my son, and coulnt find 1 spot to park my truck and trailer! the staff lets anybody park wherever they want! they need to start monitoring it and kicking single vehicles out of the trailer parking spots! If you have a disability, there's plenty of handicap parking go to lowes instead! this Home-depot is a nightmare if you have a big truck and trailer.

I purchased a magic chef freezer this morning online and had a friend pick it up for me. When we took it out of the box, there was a very noticeable dent in the front center of the freezer. At first it didn't really bother me too much however the freezer is in my kitchen so each time I walked by it ...I noticed it more and more throughout the day. I decided to call Customer service to see what my options were and spoke with Colleen. Colleen was amazing!!! I was aware it was the last one in stock at the Crismon location as I got that message when I purchased it. She patiently listened to my issue and empathized with my situation. She was able to locate my order quickly and I told her although the dent was not a dealbreaker and I could live with it ...it was just bothering me since it was a brand new appliance And in a prominent spot in my kitchen...I literally walk by it multiple times a day. Colleen assessed the situation and offered me a discount on the freezer for the dent which made me feel a lot better about my purchase. She processed that discount via a credit back to my credit card which was very convenient for me as well. Very happy with the outcome - Great customer service and I will continue to shop at the Crismon Home Depot!

Here's why I prefer Lowes to the Home Depot. Every single aisle had restocking carts, ladders and fork lifts blocking them. Every single aisle. It's like trying to navigate rush hour trying to get what you need.
