I’m not Really sure what’s going on with this location, but I was told from the lady the lady at the counter doesn’t know how to do her job. I can’t rent anything from them.

Stay away from this place. I had a reservation for 5.30pm and the center was closed, didnt even get any notification of the closure. i waited for an hour hoping somebody would show up, the phone number listed was not answering either. I left at 6.35pm after talking to an uhaul representative. I returned again at 7.30pm to see if they opened, but still closed.The worst part is after all this they had the audacity to charge me for the rental which i never picked up.Just stay away.

It took forever for the girl to get my reservation through the system. She said the truck had a quarter tank. That was a lie. It was an eighth of a tank. I doubt she intended to lie. This pick up site just seems incredibly disorganized. It was inside a laundromat. There was trash in the truck - water bottles and food wrappers. The actual pick up site was under construction so pulling in and out was a hassle. Overall pretty horrible pick up experience.

Double charge me for the safe moves insurance and never once returned my phone call regarding that. Had to dispute through my bank.

Just called them. And the man who answered the phone was so rude and told us he had other calls so he couldn’t take our call. If this is the number listed for uhaul you should be able to take calls and answer questions. Change the damn contact number if it’s such a problem. Literally the RUDEST customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Do not rent from this place! The owner and laundry servant were very rude! I rented a U-Haul truck and asked for a receipt when Ireturned the truck, as a customer / consumer I have every right to get a receipt they did not want to give me a receipt. But what do you expect when you rent a U-Haul from a laundromat?

Moving is never easy or fun, especially in this heat. We had one issue after the next during this move. We ended up needing to keep the truck for an extra (24) hours because we were not able to unload at the storage unit we had rented. Not only did they let us keep it, they did so at no extra cost pr late fees. I would highly recommend this location!

Very very very rude .. would say rudest uhaul service.BE PREPARED, THEY CAN CANCEL THE RESERVATION WITH OUT INFORMING YOU... this happened to me in March 2019

Door is locked at 2pm on a Monday. Many signs up to try to get you to to things online and not talk with them. They don't answer the doorbell or the phone. Terrible Uhaul dealer.

Fraudulent charges on my card for fuel. I refueled the truck and have the receipt to prove it. The owner, Alan, hang up the phone and would not admit. Extremely rude. Stay clear of this person and his shady business.
