Rented a truck for roughly 2 hours. Picked the truck up with prior damage on the passenger side and returned the truck in the same condition. Was hit with a $600 damage fee for the prior damage without any messages or communication about said damage. My discrepancy is pending, but I would avoid this location if I were you. MAKE SURE TO TAKE PICTURES AT PICK UP--Thank God I did.

Just went in to rent a dolly, but they were very helpful. Noticed their boxes are cheaper than competitors as well!

picked up our uhaul and only one guy working, The system kept going down and several others in line in front of us. The gut behind the counter was nice and kept apologizing. It took soooo long but we were satisfied because of his great customer service. Upon returning the truck we were met with the absolute RUDEST little girl that had to check in our truck. She got nasty when I didn't leave the keys in the truck but I didn't know to leave the keys so I walked up to the counter with them. I had filled the tank to half full which was required and she kept insisting that it was slightly under and had to charge me IT WASNT. She had an attitude from the moment we pulled up. Horrible customer service. Do NOT rent at this location, go somewhere else.

Everything was great about my experience renting a van at this location. The staff was very friendly and just casually looking around the place I noticed that it was clean and well maintained. If I ever need to rent a truck or a van from you guys, I know I'll be coming back to this location.

Gas estimation sheet they give you is inaccurate as 4.5 gallons didn't fill up from 1/2 to 5/8ths. Employees found it appropriate to joke about the meter being faulty and acted generally awful after we dropped the truck off. AC also had trouble getting cool midday when things get hotter. The total price ended up more than hiring a reputable moving company to do the lifting for you. If you want less convenience and more shady practices then go ahead with U-Haul.

I attempted to purchase 2 mattress covers that had the list price of 4.95. The bill was $15. That did not make sense so I asked the cashier, who was also the manager if they were $5. He said yes. When I received my receipt, I was actually charged 6.95 for each one. I showed it to the manager and he came around and checked the code and it was correct. He said, the price was wrong. I asked him to honor the price that was listed and that he confirmed, and he said no. I asked for my money back and he had an attitude that he had to refund me. Horrible customer service.

The two gentlemen working there were absolutely awesome! They seem like they want to be there and are excited to do their job. They also appear to have a great working relationship and it provides a great environment for the customer. They were on it and had kind energy. If possible, I will always go to this location just for these guys! I regret not catching their names.

I got 4 texts asking me to enter my driver's license on a "secure" site. The web address was not secure. I refused to do it, only to have an employee do it on their phone when I arrived. My contract indicated fuel was full and it was not..I paid $30 for gas to drive 33 miles mostly because I do not trust you enough to not charge me and I did not have proof due to the phone image having already been uploaded to your system and not showing anywhere on my phone. This will likely be the last time I ever rent from UHAUL.

They did great! Quick to rent and easy to return. Friendly staff! Moving was very stressful and they made it easier and less stressful.
