The customer service I received from Armando was absolutely incredible. He was very helpful and provided all the information I needed to get me set up with a storage unit. Positive attitude and overall just a genuinely happy person. Thanks Armando!
Aside from the customer service I received. This location is very clean and has multiple security features to ensure safety and security for the storage units. Also they have 24 hour access available.

I reserved an 8’ pick up truck and got confirmation email, show up the next day (15 min early) to get it and the lady working said all I have is a cargo van. I showed her my reservation and she said well looks like someone got here before you I can’t tell you why it let you book that. Because this is the only option I take it.
I drop the van off and wait outside because sign says wait by vehicle. Lady outside tells me to go inside. I go inside new lady tells me to go outside and wait for her she will get there when she can there are only 2 people working today. No other customers are here she is doing something on the computer. Go back outside and outside lady complains that she just cleaned 6 trucks and now has to clean 8 more “it just never ends and there are only 2 of us here.”
Terrible customer service and experience. Would not recommend.

Clean. Spotless. Germ Free, ok that one is a stretch but that's my only and lasting impression of this store.

The respect they give and the quality that the head person Sean runs this facility with can be seen in its employees' interactions. Words like pleasant and joyfulness, and understanding come to mind. Knowing it's what you make, and who you make it for that matters.
I had unforeseen delays with reorganizing my property and the staff worked with me despite a booked date one day. We kept the line of communication open and I ended up with it for 5 days. After I finished loading my one month free, no strings attached whatsoever, 5x10 storage unit, I felt very appreciative of the proximity of my unit to the elevator, reducing my walking greatly thanks to Sean.
The pricing, instructions and collecting fees were all explained and easily understood. Really great service and customer centric operation.
All carts, units, doors and mechanisms worked great and seemed like new.
I will have a hard time going to any other U-Haul after this experience regardless of location (within reason).

I loved it here! The building was well kept & clean. It was a nice facility & driving up to the building was easy. I’m going to miss having my storage here. The price increases have made it hard for me to keep my storage. We ended up moving once our storage hit $145 but if I could afford it, I would’ve stayed.

Terrible customer service. Had trailer hitch installed on my work van. nobody bothered to ask if I wanted the electrical plug ran. I figured it was standard considering you need it by law to tow a trailer. Lady replied "oh you need to ask for that, some people just put bikes on the hitch".. of my work cargo van? Lol. scheduled for her to install next day. Went to pick it up and didn't see the plug. I asked here where it was. She then opened my back door and showed me here where they had the plug dangling on the side of the van. I'd have to shut the wires in the door to hook up to a trailer. Looks like a child put it in. Unbelievable.
