Imagine on one of the coldest nights in Arizona you come here to get propane or will you freeze in your rv tonight and they tell you oh we close it up 30 min before close. I’ve come here every 2 weeks for over a year and they have NEVER said this! I’ve come 5 min before close and they were happy to do it for me. Thanks U-Haul for putting a single mother with kids out in the cold. Disgusting.

On the day I went they were very unorganized I got double charged now I have to wait for my bank to clear before the refund my money it was just a bad experience but they were friendly

I made an appointment 2 weeks ago for a 9:00am hitch installation. I was here at 8:28 It is 12:28 and they are STILL NOT DONE! While the guys at the front desk have been helpful, because 1 idiot decided to not show up to work today I have been waiting for 4+ hours. This is insanity!

The actual truck was fine, they have made an art out of adding “extra charges,” I have photo proof of fuel level at return and it’s over what I checked it out at, they added 2 gallons for 15.00 bucks hoping I wouldn’t put up a fight. And didn’t respond to emails or calls. The 2nd ““ extra charge was for a toll that they cannot provide photo proof of toll road was on or when it occurred for another $10 - liars and cheats!!

I scheduled to have a hitch installed through the website and received confirmation for date and time via email. Showed up for the appointment and was informed that the appointment was moved to 7am the next morning, which does not work for me. I did not receive a call, text, or email of the change. Thanks for wasting my time.

Service has absolutely gone downhill over the last six months. I have no idea what’s going on there, but they are no longer taking care of customers the way they used to. They don’t even answer their phones locally. They transfer them to the central office. When I was trying to verify whether or not their propane was working again, I verified through the corporate office that they had 250 gallons of propane. Actually, they were very specific and said 243 gallons of propane the second time I called. When I went over there, their sign said we don’t have propane. That was a lie, they just didn’t want to pump it… just like they don’t want to answer their phones.
When I got there, there was absolutely nobody in the waiting room, nobody waiting to see anyone, there was no reason for them to have forwarded their phones to the corporate office. The young man who was outside verified that it was the manager who drove away in the golf cart when I drove up. And he verified that it had been dead ALL DAY.
They have just abandoned customer service at that location. Do yourself a favor, find another location.
