No lift / dollys were on the truck. Plenty of pads though. Also did not realize there would be a mileage charge - That's on me. The truck wheels were not aligned and the front end had a terrible vibration. Seemed like the wheels were not balanced. Truck was clean though.

we booked a u-haul for this weekend, we are moving from mesa to gilbert and the woman working on 10/29/2022 was a literal waste of existence. We entered the business and she was immediately rude which... it's pretty early in the morning, how could anything possibly be bad enough that you treat paying customers like trash first thing in the morning. anyway, we get into the U-Haul and the truck is on E. we request a new one and she says she doesn't have any, doesn't even attempt to resolve the situation and we left! thankfully the Apache sands Uhaul treated us and we were able to get a uhaul. this lady should take a customer service course and leave her bad attitude at whatever home she lives in.

Last minute reservations are never smooth. First time at this location, truck ready and fueled ,staff was friendly and helpful. Will use them again.

Great prices and have everything from moving supplies to storage units and trucks! See the manager about a discount when you rent a unit and a truck at the same time.
