Please just don't go to this location they dont service women and if they do they will give a higher price than a man coming in for a repair i called then had a man call and go into store same phone same issue but as me being a woman it was $450 the man price was $147

After diagnosing the issues with my device the repair was going to be more than the device was worth, that just they way it works out with used devices sometimes. The techs were very communicative and understanding throughout the process.

Jason and his team saved the day for me! I needed a last minute fix on my phone (late afternoon) and they came in clutch. They explained the process and worked hard to make sure I could write this review from my phone! Thank you guys for saving me twice now. Definitely my #1 stop when I am in need. Not to mention they cleaned my very dirty phone from all the grease and fluff jammed in it

I took my PlayStation 5 in there they said they could fix it as well as this other guy that was in there with the same problem what's his PlayStation 5 neither one got picked still got charged $50 scratch that $63 for Diagnostic I canceled my insurance with them right away not the best place to go they even recommended me to another place but said that they would probably charge more than the PlayStation's worth you can't even give them zero Stars

I’m so thankful how fast your service and affordable. When I got the phone back and I rely on their expertise and my internet connection was off and I had a hell of time getting to my next destination and i’m from out of town and I called and they said we didn’t touch the phone setting and i went back to see why it’s not properly and they didn’t notice. Instead of quick drop off my rental -it was chaos and I was stuck -i couldn’t get a lyft after I dropped a car . It was a long night. Two hours getting to my destination my 20 year cousin said I just fixed your time and my internet worked. This could've fixed easily. i’m sad that I went through this when they could easily fixed from them.

My visit here was amazing Jason was very knowledgeable and kind made my visit extremely streamlined. He was absolutely more knowledgeable then the people at the verison store I will be recommending the verizon home protection. That the verizon store conviently left out to my family and friends. 10/10 if I have to see them again I'll be going here.

Honestly best experience I've had trying to get tech fixed! I took in my samsung pro buds that had stopped charging and the gentleman Bailey and Marcos were so kind and helpful. They got it working and charging again!
