Will not be coming back here after years of business. First, he wouldn’t take my husbands suit because of liability to his machines. There was a teeny tiny moth hole. So I went to Happy Cleaners on Alma School. $15 and it was ready the next day. Beautiful work. So NOW I take my son’s suit in (HE’S 8) it wouldn’t be ready until 3 days later and it was $26!! The suit is tiny! I only went here because it’s close. Sorry they lost my business. Over priced and takes too long.

We have had great success with military uniforms, wool and synthetic kilts, gowns and dresses here. A little pricey, but 100% worth it!

I have been going to this cleaners for a year or two. I work from home mostly, and don't have a lot of dry cleaning needs. When I got a shirt home that I picked up January 2025, I noticed that there was a large crease in the collar that would not have looked right if I would have worn it. I took the shirt back to Ultra Cleaners and asked that it be redone. The gentleman there told me that the crease was likely due to the thin hanger that it was on, and went, got a larger more sturdy hanger and put the shirt on it. I asked him why he would have used such a thin hanger if he knew that was going to be an issue. He then backtracked and said that the material on the collar was too thin and that is what caused the issue. I asked him that if that was the case, then why would he have accepted it in the first place. He said that they wouldn't have known that until it was actually put through the dry cleaning process. Long story short, I paid $7.13 to have a shirt dry cleaned that I'll either have to re-iron myself, or take it to another cleaners.
I'll start taking all my shirts to a different cleaners.
All I was looking for is for him to redo it.

What is wrong with the owner?? I mean seriously. I've spent tons of money here, never complained, been as nice as possible and he's is so NASTY! Acts like not only he hates his customers but as if they bother him. His work is good, but I'm ready to find a new place.

Over priced - $58.80 for 2 items - however it was the rudeness and attitude that ensured I will never return. Also, what’s with this pay in advance when it was my 2nd time? First time, same 2 items, and far different charges.

Great cleaners! I had them clean my daughter's blessing dress and they got out an 11 year old spit up stain! They also understood the significance of the dress and went above and beyond to find a keepsakes box that was the same as my other daughters keepsakes boxes for their blessing dresses. Highly recommend!!

This place does not take responsibility when they make errors on cleaning your clothes. Find an new cleaners. Very bad customer service!!

Horrible customer service from the Old man there. I have gotten service one time before and they make u pay your first time upfront which is not that big of a deal but like why?! Also tell me why it's $30 for two dress shirts. I went today to give them another shot and same thing's happened. He even asked me when I would like it done by and I asked for Saturday when mind you it's Wednesday. He proceeded to tell me Tuesday is the earliest. Then why didn't he start with that when asking when I want it done by. I've never been to a cleaners that has a week turn around time. HAHHAA THIS PLACE

Nice place, weren't able to do express cleaning which is fine. Everything was handed on a hanger, but when he handed everything back her just bundled it up in a clump and put it back on the table.

Always done a top notch job for me. I have had them clean 7 suits and do minor repair to 3 suits. Over the last 2 yearsCons: more expensive than I would like but again never had any issues with the quality so worth it.

You don’t ask customers to pay you in advance for services He didn’t receive yet !!! if you don’t trust me to pay you for cleaning my clothes why the hell I’m going to trust you with my clothes! ? It don’t work this why buddy I guess this full think he is the only dry cleaner in Arizona
