I I called units to see how my move would work with there units , they explained to me the process. I the ordered some units . They were on time, so curious , Their drivers are wonderful, And I love the way they placed the containers. Not only how they placed them but the inside of the containers are so clean. I truly highly Encourage Everyone to use units their whole staff and their whole process is the best. Thank you units for such a reliable & relaxing experience.

Unit was clean and spacious. Drop off delivery and pick-up/relocation delivery was seamless. Driver was patient and professional as we coordinated best orientation of the Unit on site.

From the moment I contacted UNITS to the day the Unite left my house, the entire experience was professional, and informative. Brooke walked me through the Agreement so I had a thorough understanding of all the charges and optional charges for insurance if needed. The delivery and pick up drivers were extremely communicative, giving me advanced notice of delivery and arrival. Overall a great experience

This company is GREAT! This is a great way to move and or store your stuff. They are super quick on delivery and pickup of units. Brooke has the best customer service I've received in a long time. Cheaper than the other guys also. USE EM !

**UPDATE: Positive Resolution with Moving Company - Appreciation for Ron Davis**Dear friends and neighbors,I wanted to provide you all with an update regarding the situation I recently shared about the moving company UNITS Moving & Portable Storage of Phoenix. I had the opportunity to speak with the owner, Ron Davis, this morning, and I'm pleased to inform you that progress has been made towards resolving the issues that arose.During our conversation, I could empathize with Mr. Davis, as I understand the uncertainties that come with running a business, especially when it comes to receiving timely payments. I requested a detailed invoice from him, and upon reviewing it, I noticed some inconsistencies. As a fellow small business owner, I recognize that mistakes can happen, particularly when relying on others. I also understand the frustration that arises when people don't honor their commitments.Mr. Davis sincerely apologized for the overreaction and acknowledged that it was indeed a significant misunderstanding. We have agreed to sort out the details when we meet on Monday. I am grateful that he took the time today to return our belongings as a gesture of good faith. I appreciate his efforts to make things right.Furthermore, Mr. Davis clarified that he has never had any issues with the specific mover who packed our belongings. He emphasized that the mover is not affiliated with his company and is just one of the many movers they recommend.Despite the challenges we faced yesterday, I want to commend Ron Davis for his willingness to address the situation and take the necessary steps to rectify it. I now feel confident that when we meet, we will be able to have a productive discussion and reach a common understanding.I wanted to share this update with all of you to provide a more complete picture of the situation. We want to thank Javier for his kind, professional and helpful disposition in ensuring our arrangements for the Unit drop off, move and pick up were scheduled as needed. Everything went as planned. We also want to thank Juan, the delivery and pick up person of the Unit, who was very kind, informative and displayed a professional personality. This family owned business is phenomenal. They are kind, humble, professional. I did a lot of shopping around and they are BY FAR the most feasible you'll ever find. And the best part, NO HIDDEN FEES! I would highly recommend this company.

UNITS was a breeze to work with. They were always on time or early and were on top of it at all times. The unit was nice quality and my stuff was delivered to my new home without any issues. I have used other moving/storage companies and had so many issues. Could not recommend this company enough and will use them in the future if needed.
