They don't have system in place. Packages are behind the counter in no particular order. Both times I was there to pick up a package it took them about 10 minutes to find my package.

It wasn't what I thought it was. If you're going to have a UPS portal at a CVS, then you need to be able to send packages from there without having to go to the UPS store to get a shipping label. I'm a 61 Year old male and I have verdago and that was the closest place for me to go to send my package. Had to walk a half mile to get there, to find out I needed a shipping label. You should have shipping labels there and a scale. Not happy. Ending up having a verdago attack.
