The operator at the access point at Brown and Ellsworth was very lazy. He told me that he could not ship my item, because it wasn't packed in a shipping box, then tried to get me to purchase a big box to ship an item that came in it's own shipping box. I told him forget it. Then I biked down to a shipping center on Apache Trail and Ocotillo rd. and the woman there said the previous clerk was just being irresponsible and lazy. She took my shipping label, put it in a clear sleeve and slapped it on the box, no fuss, no muss! She was a responsible and professional Access Point manager!
A further update to the excellent job the second Access Point manager did on getting my package to its Amazon destination: Amazon received the glass water filtration system safely and in one piece! I will be receiving my refund in timely fashion. Had I not denied the first Access Point manager's irresponsible suggestions at Ellsworth Ave. and Brown Road, I would have spent HALF my refund money in a futile attempt to return the item! Thank you to the well trained manager at Ocotillo Ave and Apache Trail Road for having the professional work ethic and expertise necessary to save me all that money and trouble!

Fast . There's a self serve machine to scan your own pages and print a receipt so u don't have to wait in line.
