Do not go there with your packages that say bring to a UPS store they will not accept any package and do not have the capability to read a QR code and print out your label.

BUYER BEWARE UPS- my cousin bought a painting from me and I went to my local UPS store where I bought a mailer and paid $18.83 to mail it. It arrived torn, folded and damaged. I went back to the UPS store to claim a refund and was told that they were not responsible since I slid it into the mailer myself. If I had handed them the empty mailer and had them package it, they would then be responsible. Clearly they don't take any responsibility for mishandling the package enroute. Lesson Learned, never using UPS again! Way to take care of your customers.

Incompetent employees not properly trained on how to use the system. Could not drop of my parcel even tho I phoned ahead to make sure it was a drop off point.
