Make sure you already have your label taped onto your package! Otherwise they will suggest that you need to buy your own tape in the store. Once I explained to them that they were a craft store and surely they had tape at the register they were more accommodating. 4 stars for 12 inches of tape and being willing to bend the rules for me. Thanks Michael's!
