The employees in this store are one of a kind, amazing! They were so efficient, polite, kind, helpful, informative, devoted, patient, and practical. Honestly, I could just keep going. They sincerely made my day! I will definitely be returning to THIS location, for all of my needs! I saw several people enthused by their service here during my visit here. Thank you again for all your dedication and hard work! Each one of these young men deserve a small raise, at the very least, just saying. Thanks again!

Your employee, Gavin, absolutely phenomenal. Helped me with medical record copies. He was attentive, empathetic and efficient. He seemed to notice/sense me not feeling well. He got me a chair and water, which helped me feel so much better and less embarrassed and prevented a seizure from occurring. He did the work of the copies absolutely excellent. Was very attentive to the detail, as my family and I truly need. Also noticed how well your team at this location works well together. They were all attentive and understanding. The store was very busy and others were able to get the line knocked out quickly, since I was hogging the register and Gavin’s time. Incredible person and employee he is. Thank you to the management for training so well and genuinely feel Gavin is ready. He was giving instruction to whole team while multi tasking with me. I am absolutely stunned and grateful. Thank you!

The customer service here needs some help. Being approached by “what’s up” vs “how can I help you” at the counter is blatantly rude. The guy in the glasses with the beenie on his head needs some help with how to speak to customers.

Customer service is nonexistent here. I came in with my newborn to return an Amazon item. I was disappointed seeing how I had to scan everything myself (I should have looked this up ) finally I got the item in the bag but could not get the sticker on it due to having my hands full. I brought it up to the counter and apologized that I couldn’t get the sticker on. The young man looked at me like I was stupid and said you just peel it off and stick it on and proceeded to “show “ me. I told him I know how stickers work my hands are full with a baby… which he replied that’s not my problem. I will never use UPS ever again due to this interaction.

Their website says last time to overnight is 5:45pm I walked in at 5:33pm and the lady stated that they already left. The lady in the clear glasses was unfriendly and unprofessional. Would highly NOT recommend this store.

I had such a great experience at The UPS Store in Mesa! Their product selection for packing supplies and printing options was impressive, making it easy to find exactly what I needed without any hassle. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality and convenience, and the staff went above and beyond to help me with my notary service and mailbox rental questions. The store layout is super organized and bright, which made checkout quick and stress-free—I’ll definitely be back for all my shipping and printing needs!

This was the Baseline Ellsworth location on 5/6/2025.
I dropped off an Amazon return and accidentally gave the wrong item. I realized when I got into my car and went right back in, literally 2 minutes. The guy that had helped me had another customer so the next guy helped me and I let him know that I actually needed to let the other guy know because he knew what the package looked like and he rolled his eyes at me when I told him what I had done. They were both really rude to me !

I have used to return packages, get notary services and ship some stuff out-they are always quick and friendly. One of those places I don’t need frequently but it’s nice to have when I do need it!
Update: April 2025. Came in cuz we don’t have a color printer in our house and was in and out with color printed pages in like 3 minutes. Super easy!
