The customer service was quick, knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The store was clean and tidy and everything was easy to find that I needed. It's in a good location by my house and overall it was great and smelled clean. I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone if I could.

The customer service could use a little work in my opinion. I understand that the UPS retail stores are separate from their customer service line however, they need to have more clear communication about how pick ups work and how labels work. On top of that having to go to another UPS store down the street because they don’t have printing services at this store is ridiculous. They told me I needed to bring my boxes with me to get the labels printed which makes no sense if another UPS store can just print the labels without the boxes being present. What’s the point of scheduling a pick up and then advising you can go to the UPS store to have the labels printed on the website if they can’t do that?

I’ve never experienced such slow service. I normally go to the UPS on Apache, but I decided to try this location. I’m not sure why. The boy with the red tattoo behind his ear was extremely rude with no consideration of how slow he was going.he had no customer service, Was careless and slower than a snail. The other locations understand that it’s a fast paced service, but for some reason, he did not put any effort or pep in his step. So rude and careless. To top it off he started helping others in line while cutting me off.

I redirected a, time sensitive, package here for pickup. I pointed out the package to an employee who was having trouble finding it. She took offense to this and refused to give me my package stating that my name was not on it. This was not true. It had my name, business name & address. Even though I showed her multiple documents with my name, address & proof of business ownership she would not give me my package. This resulted in hundreds of dollars in rentals for me and I now cannot pickup or redirect packages on the app even though I pay extra for the option. I will be avoiding UPS as a whole for future deliveries. The manager gave my package the next time I came in and basically told me he did not care that she treated me poorly and cost me money.

This best customer service ever. Delia made my experience easy and pleasant. She helped solve an issue that I messed up on with a simple doable solution. She was attentive to other the customers waiting in line and was very efficient. Delia was the only attendant working during this time. This was at Main and Alma School.

Pink hair lady is the only one working on Friday 2/14/25 @5:25 pm. With 8 people in line and the two Guys “working” in the back loudly talk about Xbox, gaming computer viruses . They are awful but at least she was kind and quick to do work!

Usually excellent service especially for Amazon returns, not tonight, the employees seemed to want to find reasons not to send versus solutions to getting it sent. Even said it might not get sent well??? 2 large boxes from xmas orders. After tonight will start using whole foods for Amazon returns.

Female employee was very impatient and short with me when trying to return my Amazon items. Ended up leaving without returning most items. I will try another place. Hopefully more patient and helpful.
