Sharing my experience.On July 6th 2023 at approximately 5:45PM-6:00PM I went in to this location to drop off my package. There was an older woman and a younger lady. The older woman told me there’s been a mistake and that the package was actually supposed to be for a USPS. However both staff insisted to send out the package for me since I accidentally went to the wrong place. I trusted that the package was safe with them and left. (Not gaining a receipt or proof that I had left it there.)I kept an eye of the tracking number and did see my package was scanned the following day July 7th 2023 through USPS.Two months later, I’m being charged $600 for a device that was in that package. My carrier told me the box was indeed received at the warehouse but there was no device inside.I made a report with my carrier and filed for lost and found. I went back to this location and asked for help and they told me there was nothing that they can do because the package was for USPS and that USPS would have to deal with me.I have no choice but to believe my phone was stolen out of my package or lost somewhere along the exchange. I know better for next time and will not make the same mistake again. I hope this store also doesn’t accept packages that don’t belong to them in the future.I have nothing else to lose which is why I posted this review and reported the store to corporate as well.

Very helpful staff, I don't understand all of the bad rap. USPS is my standard and this excelled in comparison. They helped find an odd sized box and even offered to tape up the box for me. Was a little busy the longer I stayed but either way very pleasant experience surprisingly.

I go to this location to drop off Amazon returns. They always greet as soon as you walk in and do their best to get people in and out quickly. They've always been friendly.

Had a friend return a item for me because I'm still getting sick returned it to amazon instead of Amazon processing it back on my credit card they process it on a gift card had to waite couple extra days for my refund made it a little hassle but was able to get it done

Worst service ever , can’t ever get ahold of a real human being . Nothing but a robot . Tired of this day in age . Your company sucks stop trying to save money by using robots get a call room and real agents to answer the phone . My package is now going back to the sender because you guys are incapable of answering a phone or helping your customers . Disgraced

Store was closed during business hours for rug cleaning. I worked retail for many years and stores do their maintenance work after hours so it doesn't impact customers. Needless to say, I'm going to a different UPS store from now on. Laaaaaaame

I had many Amazon returns and the General Manager Ayana was an absolute delight. She was very patient and calm and worked with me. She definitely deserves a raise. Best UPS experience I have ever had to date.

Don't come here if you're needing help. The employee just stood there, even after showing my bad eye and I couldn't see well. Go over to the one on Baseline and Cc Marley was angel. Marley helped me locate the cost center number and ticket number on the forms I had online.

Clerk showed up 30 minutes late to open store and I was waiting inside the mail box room. She tells me to go outside cause the store is not open. I said the door was open and I didn't feel like waiting in the 100 degree heat cause she was late. No apology,insolent and condescending.

I never thought I would say this, but I actually had a blast at the UPS Store! The staff was hilarious and had me laughing so hard, I forgot I was there to ship a package.They were quick, efficient, and made the whole shipping process a breeze. And let's not forget about the free tape! Who doesn't love free tape?I also appreciate their sense of humor when it comes to labeling packages. I asked them to write "Handle with Care - I'm fragile, like a celebrity's ego" on my box, and they did not disappoint. It definitely gave the UPS driver a good laugh when he picked it up.Overall, if you want to have a good time while shipping your packages, the UPS Store is the place to be. Five stars for the entertainment value alone!

jared is slow and can’t speak. tried to keep my contact that’s i was mailing. failed to tell me i needed a box for them and i had to pay for the label. the girl that works there tried to say she is the owner she isn’t the owner is a man. future reference lady that’s not how you solve a customer service issue. they have several young staff. this isn’t the first time i’ve had an issue with them. they are sensitive and lack customer service skills required to run a successful business do not go into this business i have been in here so many times never coming back ever again.
