Don't bother scheduling an appointment for services. They still take their lunch during your appointment time and leave you hanging.

Called at 10am to make sure their notary would be in was told their notary would be in from 11am-3:30pm. Took my lunch at 1:45pm drove got to the store at 2pm to find out the notary was on their lunch for the next 45min! You’re working a. 4 1/2hr shift, what company requires a lunch on a 4 1/2 hr a shift? The state of Arizona requires employers give a 30min unpaid after a 5hr or longer shift! And I know if a customer calls asking about a specific service I offer I inform them of a possible lunch that may happen if it’s appropriate. Especially if I only have 1 employee who can provide that service! Do better.

This UPS store kicks all kinds of ass!!! All 4 of the ladies there were absolute units: they were kind, they were efficient, they were helpful, and they were outstanding!
These ladies are the kind of people you want on your team. They get shit done!

Walking into this UPS Store is like stepping into a customer service masterclass taught by the most amazing women in town. They juggle packages, paperwork, and people with superhero-level efficiency—minus the capes but I wouldn’t be surprised if they had some hidden. Anyways! No matter how chaotic the shipping situation is, they handle it with a smile, a solution, and just the right amount of sass to keep things fun. Absolute legends!

Never have I've been told from a employee they didn't have time to help me. Went in there this morning and there was nobody in line. I was asked by a young lady what did I need and I said oh don't worry I have time to wait keep helping your current customer. After a few more words.... She straight out said I can't help you I don't have the time. With out getting upset I told her I've never been turned away from other employees. She said well kaybe they had time. Lol my god. Her name is Vanessa and I hope she gets training on how to treat on going customer's. I went to staples and Devon with a smile helped me with no problems.

Lizi is the reason I’m doing this review! I’ve been to this store multiple times over the last four years and have also been to three other local UPS stores. This store is hands down the best and now the only one I go to. This particular visit was especially awesome because of Lizi. The store was busy when I got there and two associates were already with someone. I had three people in front of me and I probably stood in line around 20 minutes. Both associates were kind and attentive to the customers in front of them. I had the pleasure of being helped by Lizi, who had helped 2 out of the 3 people in front of me. Each time she took a new customer, she greeted them warmly, apologized for the long wait and then asked how she could help. Each interaction was handled with care and a smile. And she kept doing it with each customer, myself included! I was in retail for many years and also managed multiple stores so I know when you’ve got a good employee and man, Lizi knocks it out of the park! I’ve always had a great experience coming to this particular store but that day was exceptional. Thank you, Lizi, for your excellent customer service, your genuine smile and care and for making my errand a little brighter because of our interaction! (Management, give her a raise!) I highly recommend this UPS Store to anyone needing their services. Say hi to Lizi for me when you’re there!

VANESSA THE STORE MANAGER IS AWFUL!!!
I am unable to go to their location due and was trying to have my package picked up by my husband and the online service would not let me pre sign or select someone else to pick up the package. I called eight times with no response from anyone from the store to let them know the situation and get my package picked up. My husband goes out of his way to go get the package and they tell him he can’t, even though he has the tracking information the slip that shows it was attempted to be delivered and explained the situation.
The store manager Vanessa was extremely rude and unprofessional, she said couldn’t help me did not offer me any other suggestions raised her voice to me and was extremely unprofessional and started arguing with me that she didn’t have to answer the phone or help me. She deserves to be fired.
