I arrived 3:55 pm on Saturday when the store closes at 4pm. And the doors were already locked. 4pm means 4pm. I needed to just do an Amazon drop off. Stay true to your times.

I have been using this UPS store for a while now and everytime I go in I get nothing but awesome customer service, I should have listened to my instincts on this day when I decided to visit another UPS Store on Baseline and Power because it was closer to my house.The other UPS Store would not accept my Amazon return because the box was damaged (exactly the reason why I was returning the product), the store associate stated that the damaged part of the box needs to be taped up. I asked why and he proceded to tell me that the driver just wont accept that box. I asked if I could use some of the tape they had to complete his job and he stated no, he said "the tape we have is for the store only not customers, but I could buy some tape". That is when I decided to go back to my favorite UPS Store (this one). I had no problem doing the transaction, as a matter of fact I asked the store associate at the store if I could use some tape to tape up the damaged part of the box, and his response was, don't worry about it I can do it for you. Now thats customer service!I know that these stores are Franchises but I'm just happy that at least this UPS Store knows how to treat it's customers.

I have been using this UPS Store for about 6 months and the are always helpful, and seem to juggle customers very well. It can get busy all at once and the staff do such a good job. I have received packages here with no issues at all. Other services include a bin for shredder services, mail box rental, printing, mailing and much more.

This UPS store is by far the BEST! James is the most friendly person imaginable. I own a small business and send about 40 packages a week. James never complains, he’s always and opens the door and helps me. Thank you to this UPS store- you’re lol great people and I’m so lucky to have your help!

Easy to drop off return. Unfortunately I was charged $16 for a $12 book of USPS stamps. Not sure why they mark up stamps by 33%. Wow!

Sirena has always been extremely helpful every time I've gone into this store. I've been going in to print flyers off and she is always at the counter with a friendly and helpful attitude. I've never had a bad experience at this store. Thanks!

Super easy! Just dropped off a package and the guy in front was very polite and professional. Asked what could be helped with today just told him was dropping something off. He scanned it and gave me my ticket and wished me a great day!
