Got a notification that my package is on hold. Why? I have no idea and was not give any other info. I called the facility number and talked to the automated machine and was told someone would contact me within the hour and of course no one did. So now I have to cancel my order because I can’t pick it up and it’s not getting delivered and I can’t even talk to an actual person to see why.

It was a Friday afternoon. I needed a money order for a COD for UPS which means check on delivery. Not cash on delivery by the way. The UPS driver was awesome. He actually made three stops at my house that day so I could pay him.

I am giving a 1 star to UPS customer line. It’s so hard to get ahold of an actual person. The robot voice literally tells you no I’m not connecting you to a representative. Asks for info I don’t have and is why I needed a live person. Finally got a live person and of course they don’t speak good English and have no understanding of anything. I went into a UPS store to talk with someone and he gave me the address of the HUB where my package would be. I spoke with Scott. I would give him all the stars if I could. He was amazing in helping me and giving me useful answers and what to do. The delivery still got messed up on the third attempt because the dispatchers did not follow instructions that Scott had given them. I went back and spoke with Scott again. In the 20 minutes it took me to get home Scott had them re attempt to deliver my package again and this time was successful. Scott is my hero in this situation. UPS you have got to do so much better in your customer service with your customers. Please learn from Scott.

Driver delivers four packages (30 items) for my new salon to an address I lived at four years ago. No way in hell am I getting them back because it was Christmas for the tenant who got delivered all of my stuff.Took four weeks for them to finally just send me a file a claim link. Meanwhile my salon is empty. They couldn’t have done that themselves the day I walked in there ? Three visits for them to text me a link they could have filed themselves while I was there. Absolutely not my responsibility to file this claim they took four weeks to send me. What does that even get me ? Not my stuff not a working a salon. Just further weeks of battles ahead.

Lazy driver marked address as incorrect so they don’t have to deliver my package on time. The good paying jobs that don’t require education require other sacrifices and I wish there was a better work ethic among the people that work in these sorts of roles. I usually love UPS and am very disappointed with this development.

HORRIBLE answering service. Refuses to transfer to a Live person (representative) unless you check some specific "box". Going around in circles with an automated voice until I was basically hung up on.

I rarely give bad reviews. I couldn't talk to anyone can't get through on the phone. Useless answering service doesn't understand simple instructions. I guess they don't need any help this winter season.

Trey was so awesome with helping us out! He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! I hope his manager sees this and he is provided a raise or something. We were thankful for him helping us out with our difficult package process.

I wish I caught the front office lady's name on July 20th around 9:15 AM. She was extremely friendly and helpful to me and the other patron in the lobby. I was dreading going there to try and retrieve a package, and she was so lovely and helpful. I left the office with my box and sat in my car, admiring her excellent customer service. I hope this message reaches her. People are not rewarded enough for great service and she delivered that.

Pretty lame. If they can't deliver your package it comes here for about two minutes, then they send it to an auto parts store about 7 miles away.( I kid you not) what a way to run a business.

The absolute worse pathetic delivery company I’ve ever dealt with! The delivery driver claims he dropped my package off to my front door (no proof), my package ended up at my neighbors house!!!!!! thank goodness my neighbor is honest because if not, i would’ve wasted money. I called the call center and that was a JOKE! I had to reiterate several times how I wanted to speak with a supervisor……. Long story short I was snubbed and received a call from the Mesa facility and they sent a driver out to my door who was rude condescending and disgusting! He made mention that it’s not his fault my package was delivered to the wrong address because it was hot and he was delirious from the sun LOL maybe UPS should put AC in their trucks or teach their drivers how to read addresses properly!

Came in today tracking a lost package that was delivered to the wrong address. Trey helped us locate the package and while we still do not have it in hand, he went above and beyond to make sure he did everything he could to help us. Hard to find customer service like that anymore and we really appreciated his time and efforts!

Received a $36 item shipped from China that cost $10 to ship it to me via UPS. The item wasn't what I wanted, so I put the iten back in the same small bubble envelope and went to UPS. I asked the clerk for the cheapest rate to return the package. The clerk measured the same envelope that it came and said that it would be $205. I laughed and said, "Seriously?" I asked how the vendor could ship it to me for $10, but I can't return it for the same price. She just shrugged her shoulders and said that's the price to ship it.I realize the vendor ships lots of packages, so they probable get a big discount, but come on $10 vs. $205. What a ripoff! I donated the item and didn't return it. I'm obviously not paying $205 to return a $36 item.And no, I couldn't find the item being made in the United States, that's why I bought one made in China.
