I ADORE THIS STORE and how FAST AND EFFICIENT THE WORKERS HERE ARE! What UPS has done when it comes to being able to return things to Amazon, had literally changed my life! I can return things that end up being CRAP which normally I would just get screwed because online returns are too difficult! But UPS! NOT AMAZON! The UPS corporation choosing to do this for society with Amazon being such (annoyingly 🙄) big party of everyone's lives, makes it so much better! And it makes me want to only ship through them when I need to do so. So THANK YOU UPS, and a HUGE SHOUT OUT to the two workers there today, the employees who are the ones truly affected by this and who've become freaking ROCKSTARS with how fast and awesome they get things done! They are the ones who truly deserve recognition! Both Kaitlyn and Bravio, you guys just KILL IT! Frankly, store manager... These guys deserve a RAISE FOR WHAT THEY DO! SO AWESOME! Thanks again you guys! 🙌🏼👊🏼✊🏼

I used this location to send out a Mothers Day package. Totally unsure of shipping costs and needs, Drake at the front counter was very helpful and polite. He gave me options and made the process much simpler than expected. Thanks again!

Do not get a mailbox here. There are so many other locations to choose from. This store has changed ownership at least three times in the last couple of years and all of the staff is poorly trained. I drove an hour to go renew my mailbox and was told by the workers they didn’t know how to. Called to renew and the owner and said “if they’re part time I don’t train them on everything”. Called again to renew over the phone since I couldn’t make it in person and was told that only ONE person knows how to do it and call back whenever she’s working. Their customer service skills are ZERO, long lines, incompetent to the max. Not to mention the sudden $50 increase from one year to another. Other UPS stores are at $270 meanwhile this one increased to $320 for a year.

As a personal assistant/errand runner for multiple families I am a regular at UPS stores all around the east valley and this location is hands down the best.
Always greeted with a hello and the staff is friendly and goes out of their way to be helpful!

Kaitlin was kind, patient with me & efficient.
Plus the store was clean & organized.
She helped me ship a care package to a homebound friend that took 2 trips and was never shipped at a different location.

Absolutely love this UPS Store! I'm not usually in this area but, the employees here are always so friendly, helpful, and professional. Every time I come in, they greet me with a smile and go above and beyond to make sure my packages are taken care of. They’re super patient, answer all my questions, and make the shipping process quick and easy. It’s rare to find customer service this good these days! Highly recommend this location. the staff truly makes all the difference.

Tersa customer service is unmatched. I could see her running her own store one day. I was in there about 15min rumbling my paper's around trying to make sure I'm printing out the right documents I needed. & she was so calm & patient with me. & took customer while I was getting my stuff together. & she even commented me on my sweater 😁 in the mist of all that. I had a time @ups4040

This store is awesome. Team work is obvious. The mmager is great.he goes above and beyond to help customers.i had an issue with my mail and he personally called me and followed up to make sure it was resolved. They take care of your mail from point a to b. And if something unexpected happens.they take the correct steps in making sure it gets resolved. The whole team is awesome. You wanna mail a package come to power and southern ups. They will help you and you will have a peace of mind knowing they know their jobs and the prices are low compared to FedEx and USPS and DHL.
