Came In to return an Amazon item, andon the Amazon instructions it stated It did not need to be boxed up, Just keep in the original packaging. When I brought in the item, the girl looked in the box then looked at me and said that it needs to be boxed up properly to be shipped, very rudely. When I told her the instructions stated differently. She looked at me and said “ not true, It needs to be in a box and sealed.” again very rudely (I did bring the original box from amazon due to the awkward size of my item as a courtesy unsealed just in case they wanted to ship it differently) When I asked her what her name was so I could speak with management due to her rude behavior, she looked at me and told me “I don’t feel comfortable giving you that information.” Her demeanor was absolutely gross. I will not be go back to this store again due to her nasty attitude, this girl was a young girl with glasses and colored hair. (No name tag or id number on her) Very childish behavior and needs to be retrained on how to do her job and how to handle customer service.

The employee that was working and the one to assist me was the rudest individual I have ever encountered. Her behavior and customer service was so terrible I will never return to this location and will drive the extra time to another store just so that I do not have to deal with this ever againEmployees number was 275202

The store workers were great! They wrapped everything so well! We shipped eight boxes of ceramics and breakables from AZ to OR. Everything made it home in perfect condition! The crew was fantastic. They were kind and had a great sense of humor and did a beautiful job! Thank you very much!! :)

ever since the ownership changed a while back, it has been absolutely terrible. They don’t seem to care about my time. I am in line for an extremely long time. it’s faster for me to drive 2 miles away drop off my package then it is to wait in the line that nobody seems to see or even care about.

Response to Owner : DO BETTER THE 1ST TIME THEN YOU WOULD NOT HAVE TO APOLOGIZE THREW EMAIL AND IT WAS NOT ALL ABOUT THE COST YOU SO MISSED THE POINTE SHOCKER !!!I had a amazon return and have used this store before, Amazon usually provides bar codes they can scan this time they emailed me labels., They charge 1.47 per page !! I left and printed them at work came back a the girl said she could not scan then they were blurry and they could not go in the same box? They came in the same box why do I need to purchase another box NO EMPATHY in her explanation SO RUDE went to the store by my house NO problem they took care of it ............ Treat your customers BETTER !!!

We've been coming here on a regular basis for over 2 years now. The owners and employees are always very helpful and accommodating.We use this location for our mail as well as returns.Understandably, there will be times they're super busy - not their fault we showed up at the same time, right?Muster up a bit of patience, understanding, and be respectful ?(Another plus is it smells like Cold Stone creamery in there from next door all the time!)We'll continue to come here and get great service from great people!!

While the staff is very kind and friendly, they have lost all five of the Amazon return packages I dropped off there in the past year. I have never had this issue with other UPS locations.

I had an Amazon return due to the box and product being damaged. I covered the lables and taped up the box just as it was delivered to me, I show up this UPS store and the store associate (Asian guy) said, "I cannot accept the return because the damaged part of the box needs to be taped up". I asked why and he proceded to tell me that the driver just wont accept that box. I asked if I could use some of the tape they had to complete his job and he stated no, the tape they have is for the store only not customers, but I could buy some tape. I told him no thanks and would take it somewhere else. I proceeded to go to another UPS store at 5235 E. Southern Ave. and had no problem doing the transaction, as a matter of fact I asked the store associate at that store if I could use some tape to tape up the damaged part of the box, and his response was don't worry about it I can do it. Now thats customer service!

We have gone there two different times for their notary service. This service is on a first come-first serve basis. We called ahead the first time to see how long the wait time was. It happened to be a time when there weren't many people waiting. Their notary (or notaries) also works behind the counter doing everything else, so you have to stand in line with everyone else who is waiting for other services. The line wasn't long. The staff was patient, helpful, and efficient with everyone they served. They do get busy, so prepare to be in line if you get there during their busy hours.
