DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU SELL ONLINE! I dropped off my package at this very location out of convenience. Never again! All my packages are weighed & they robbed me! No way a blanket in a polymailer bag weighs 30 pounds! This is crazy! $88 to ship a blanket!?

Had the worst experience with UPS. They charge $5 to pick up a package at a UPS STORE, after you pay to have it delivered there because you used their address. The representatives online give you a circle jerk, and company line, telling you that you cannot pick up your package at a UPS facility because they wouldn’t be able to find it (even though it gets scanned multiple times when it gets there), and it must either sit in the locker or your house in the hot AZ sun, or you can pay $5 more to pick it up at one of their UPS stores. There is no customer service at UPS. It’s all about money.

If you want friendly, knowledgeable service THIS IS NOT THE STORE FOR YOU. This is the closest location to my home and do Amazon returns here. Every time I am in here the manager brings up problems with packaging or other issues. I highly recommend finding a different location to do your shipping. I have filed a complaint with amazon and plan to file a complaint with UPS.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful. I stopped by last minute to get a document notarized. My documents looked bad because my printer is junk and wasn't cooperating. The rep went ahead and printed new ones for me before notarized. Thank you.

I can’t say enough good things about The UPS Store Krishna! Gavin and the entire family who run the store are truly amazing. Their customer service is top-notch — they’re always happy to see you, greeting you with a warm smile and a positive attitude. Whether you’re shipping a package, getting something notarized, or just stopping by to check your PMB box (like we do), they’re incredibly efficient and helpful. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. I highly recommend this location — you won’t find a better team!

I am so impressed with this UPS store! They are so efficient, helpful and friendly! I needed a document printed but had already left home, I popped into the UPS store, emailed it to them and in 5 minutes had my document and went on my way.
They are my go to for shipping and maiing as well!
