My son who is 3 years old went on the rock climbing today and before he got to get on anything the girl who was suppose to watch him go down the stairs wasn’t even helping him get down and he fell back off the stairs and he hit his shoulder and she just stood there for who knows how long looking at him and I had to go in to get my son because she didn’t even pick him up to help him it happened at 12:58 and she had curly hair I don’t know her name but that was not okay at allI’d like someone to contact me because I am pissed parents aren’t allowed in there and if that’s the case they should be watching them better

I paid for a 90 minute session for my granddaughter and was never told that my granddaughter had to have the grip socks. We waited in line for the climbing wall section for 15 minutes and when her turn came up, the girl said she needed those socks before entering. So then we had to go back to the counter amd wait in line to buy socks. Now, she lost 15 minutes of play time. This could have been avoided if the person at the counter told us when she gave us the wrist bands. So disappointed and we should've received extra time

Get yourself a membership pass, it's as much as one entry and it's for a whole month. ($20, per kid, one adult free per kid.) We love this location. You get 2 hours with your pass and that's more than enough time to wear the kids out. They have a relaxing room for adults with TV's and massaging chairs. Definitely a good place to beat the heat and let the kids burn off energy.

Place is perfect for kids to run around get out of the being trapped in house due to hot weather! I def would recommend to come here with kiddos... only thing is there's trash on floor so no walking cleaning person :/ other than that it's great love that the 5 and under area has a gate so they don't get out (:

Decided to give this place another try after my sons disappointing birthday party last year. This time I called ahead and asked if the ball machine/ shooters were working? I was told "yes they are working". I asked if the rock/wall climbing area would be open? I was told they clean it periodically and run a schedule. I asked about the schedule and was told it would be reopened at 3pm. I thought perfect so we got there at 2:50pm. We check in and go to the wall climbing area just to be told they are shutting it down for cleaning. Was told it should reopen in 30mins. So we go to the ball shooter area only to discover there are hardly any balls anywhere. We looked everywhere and there were 8 balls maximum. Also, the ball dumper machine was broken, and the other items were not working as they should. Now I have 2 sad kids. We go to the basketball trampoline area and one of the hoops was broken. We kill some time on the trampolines and check on the wall climbing area several times. It was empty, and we never saw anyone cleaning it. I ask the front desk when they will open it and was told in another 45mins or so, which would be after our time was up. After explaining our situation, the employee was willing to let my kids have a single turn. Usually, my daughter spends her whole time getting back in line for that area, so she was bummed. The area with the building bricks doesn't have enough bricks. The blow-up obstacle course was working this time, but there were kids just parked in the middle of it, or going in the wrong direction, so my kids couldn't race each other. The wifi was down, so you could not buy anything with credit card. They no longer have towels to sit on going down the slides, so my kids didn't want to do it because they get friction burns. Sadly, this location has gone downhill since before covid. My kids used to love this place, and they were asking to go home. We will not be returning.

Been coming here for years-it’s perfect. The kids run around like crazy, jump on the bounce section, climb some walls and slide down some slides. I personally like to play tag and run around with my kids as well and this is a great place where parents can play with their kids! They have a specific under 5 section that is great too. We always use the pogo pass to do it but frequently pay for it as well as 1-2 hours does the trick.

Took our 2 year old here for the first time and we were disgusted! the place is filthy! trash on the jungle gym and ground, dirty bandaids, dust and inch thick on everything, structure looks like it's on its last leg! We were horrified! I you want to avoid your child getting sick I would not bring them here! We will absolutely never go back! If you do decide to take your child here I recommend dosing them up on vitamins and immunity support to fight off the obscene amount of germs they will pick up from this place! Photo below of immune supplement

Took my girls here and typically have a good experience but all the staff today were very unprofessional. The rock climbing wall area was closed for the entire hour we were here. We were told multiple times it will open soon or after this event. At one point ALL staff including the supervisor was at the front desk on their phones as the girls waited in line after being told 10 min minutes. They giggled and laughed and made them wait 15 min. Very rude. Very childish.

Has the potential to be stellar, but has several deficiencies experientially. It's worth noting that the most egregious issues are directly related to ownership failures. If the person or people who own this location has ever set foot in this business (unlikely) and thought it was adequate for repeat use by children (it's not) they should be ashamed:1) it doesn't appear to have ever been swept, or mopped, since opening (I wish this was hyperbole but the sheer volume of dirt in every corner makes this literal). While I wouldn't expect hospital grade cleanliness, the low hanging category of "loose dirt and candy wrappers" aren't exactly a high bar to beat. Visible dirt means none of this location has been sanitized recently either, posing a legitimate concern for things like Staph and norovirus proliferating on the vinyl. 2) staff lacks even rudimentary customer service training, which would be forgivable if only there was a manager who was visible. Best I could tell, it was the "communal group of teenagers left ill equipped" management style. Ownership failure big time. 3) there is 0 access control. At any given moment, there are adults and children leaving unchecked. It's only a matter of time before this becomes a serious issue, considering the massive liability it presents currently. There's no accounting for who came in with who, posing a risk especially during busy moments. This isn't the businesses problem ENTIRELY but with no measures in place you can bet it'll be a major issue of mention if someone gets lost/abducted. 4) wires, loose and unplugged. Within reach of taller kids and inexplicable. Hopefully self explanatory. Overall, it's almost exclusively issues related to neglect. These are easy fixes across the board. Ownership needs to shut down for a day and deep clean to start. That's about 90% of the dingy feeling this place puts off.

Kiddo loves it, but as a parent it's just stupid that you can buy a gift card from the location but you can't redeem it online to buy tickets beforehand or at their kiosks at the location.... It's not just inconvenient, that's seriously so dumb. :)
