The bank manager made me feel like I was a burden to him opening my business account with them and he was micromanaging and being rude to his own employees as well as some customers. I am never going to that branch again. When I called u.s Bank to go and report it they said I have to go and call the bank manager and report it to him even though he's the one who I was trying to complain about.

Don't try to sign loan docs here. They were totally unprepared for our appointment, none of the docs were even printed up. Now, the day after the loan was supposed to disperse, we get an email that says that all the docs weren't signed and we have to schedule to resign. What a joke this branch is!

Spent almost 35 minutes in line, I understand we all have issues or things we need to take care of that actually takes time with a banker. However almost 35 minutes in line is quite excessive. I thought that's what scheduling an appointment was for. Thank you for your time though.

Went in today to make a deposit into my account. The window was closed, but they were in there getting ready. A very nice lady, whom I assume was the manager, stopped what she was doing to answer my questions with a smile. With all the rude people we come in contact with daily in customer service and in passing, it was so nice to recieve kindness and humility from someone. It was appreciated so much. I wish I knew her name, just know she had great eyebrows! Lol

Terrible experience . Just had 3 employees not engage with me while looking for a simple withdrawal . Used the ATM after 5 minutes of waiting. Don’t mean to be a stickler but I am sure at least 1 could have helped. 2:12pm on 11/20/20.

It really upsets me. It's not even like the actual banks fault, it's the staff. I was unaware there was a 7 day holding period on all check deposits if the account is less than a month old. No one told me, and I talked to at least 3 different people while getting everything set up. Fast forward to payday, i cash my check with them, expecting the money I earned to be in my account the following business day. If I knew I'm screwed out of a good chunk of money, and all my rent, i would have cashed it a Wal-Mart. They all bend backwards to their computer software, not a single employee can override a computer. No one wants to own up for messing up, helping me with a huge dilemma that could be avoided, and I'm not forced to wait at their own pace to get my money, over a week past when cashed. Thank you to all us bank employees I talked to here, and at other locations. You're all useless. Can't even explain something as necessary as a hold on your own money. Can't do anything about it. Hell they wait until they have your money and you can't do anything about it, until they notify you that you've gotta wait. Now rent, court, my life, hell even gas for my car, has to wait and twiddle their thumbs while you get your thumbs out of "where the sun don't shine." Thank you, for hyping me up and promising me that everything is open, no hidden b.s., then just to get smacked in the face. I will never be returning to us bank, i will not recommend this place, and there's more to the story, but they really want to screw you. I haven't been this screwed since wells Fargo opened another account without my permission. Nothing but a joke and some super fake smiles.

Banker JJ to wad worthless inconvenient banker I've ever met rude attitude Bad service does not know how to cash and deposit check it took about 10 minutes to get that done between him and the manager I ask him to make it available twice and he said that that's what his machine or computer did never going back again if you're in a hurry to get back to work or to any other place don't go there Or at least not with him because you'll be late

Never fails! EVERYTIME I go into the Safeway Branch I end up working in line 10-15 minutes while they "stitch over their computers". What's the point of a branch that makes its customers wait forever because they continually under staff???

The best staff at this branch I moved to Tempe and still go
