Screwed me out of my money. I never used there storage unit. Thought I was just having to put in my information to reserve it. Realize later I got charged for it even though I never went into the office to get my log or anything else and now they are refusing to give me my money back even though I never used their storage unit. As far as I'm concerned, they're thieves
