I see why post office is losing money .this is a usps with employees that hate their customers that pay their paychecks . Shut this place down .

I had no issues at the post office, Paula, the person that helped me was nice and able to find my packages HOWEVER, the person that delivers my mail is a LIAR and Needs to get fired. I've had to pick up packages at the post office because she says our mailbox is blocked. Therefore she can't deliver the packages. Or she'll put in the notes that I requested my package to be held at the Post office! I'm disabled, It's hot in Arizona, Do you really think I would request this? We also know that she will not deliver our mail if there is a car in front of our mailbox so why would we keep it blocked? Makes zero sense to me. I've never had to deal with this in my entire life. It's so inconvenient to the point where I'm asking places I order from if they use USPS as their only option for a delivery.
Let me also note that I sit in the patio and have seen her drive right past my mailbox when there is no car blocking it. I will plan to start recording her.

The driver of the postal van cut my wife off in traffic, forced us into oncoming traffic and almost got us rear ended. Followed him to the southern Ave station to make complaint.

My package wasn't delivered. Wouldn't fit in mailbox. Mail person is supposed to deliver to my apartment. Like they usually do. I guess this person didn't want to bother

I've been coming here on and off for a few years. I've never had any issues with staff or services here. A few months ago they were actually able to track down a mis-delivered package for me and get it to my residence.

I currently have 3 deliveries in 3 different parcels because I continue to either a) get keys that don’t work or b) get a key to a parcel that has a piece of a key in the keyhole. I’ve left post its, I’ve called, I’ve spoken to a supervisor who was rude, etc. and idk what to do anymore.

I drive an extra 2.5 miles to this post office to avoid the awful lines at my local post office. I went here around lunch time to mail a couple of packages thinking I’d be in line forever. The 2 people at the counter moved the line very fast. There was a handful of people in front of me and we all got out of there fast.

The clerk at the counter was really helpful she provided a recommendation on how to cut costs on my shipping and I saved a few dollars. Exceptional customer service

We have numerous problems with u.s.p.s. so when very important Papers needed to get to a business we decided to overnight night it and insure it. Said it would be guaranteed onight by 6:00 next day. Now 2 days later it's not delivered and they can't find it , said we'll these things happen.
