The Mesa Four Peaks Post Office is a reliable spot for all your postal needs. Despite occasionally being short-handed at the counter, the staff consistently greets customers with warm smiles and apologizes for any wait times, which shows their dedication to customer service. The facility is always kept clean, which adds to the pleasant atmosphere. However, it's worth noting that the phone number listed on their website seems to have some issues, as it often just rings with no response. If you need immediate answers, it's best to allocate some time to walk in. Overall, it's a great place for postal services with friendly staff and a clean environment.

I come to this post office a LOT, and the staff consistently work through the queue of folks quickly and kindly. The self-serve kiosk is pretty bad though, and it drives me crazy that they installed new drop boxes facing AWAY from the “drive-through” lane.

Convinced no one actually answers the phone. Call and call and call until it finally hangs up automatically, after the automated message tells me it is routing to the operator. Only other option is to sit on hold with the 800 number for almost 2 hours again. It is absolutely impossible to get resolution with the USPS.

Automated telephone system sucks! I know government employees are worthless but now even their computer system is worthless.

Everyone we’ve ever dealt with here has been very kind & helpful. They listen to our problems and are genuinely interested in helping us.

if i could give 0 stars i would. most UNORGANIZED post office ever. i live states away and ordered a package for my friend that never got delivered but a slip was left in the box saying the package was at the post office. long story short they have been to the post office 3 different time just for them to say “we don’t have it” but when i call they can magically find it. Do the people helping customers at the desk not have eyes? or is it just the people answering the phone who can see lost packages? yall need to get some competent people up there bc it seems to be full of idiots who can’t open there eyes. like how can one person in the same building say they can’t find it, but i call an hour later and magically it appears? and for this to happen on 2 separate occasions for the same package ??? did someone give half y’all’s workers lobotomies ?

If I could leave negative stars for these imbeciles, I would. Have lived in my home for less than a year and they have lost 9 PACKAGES of mine and countless pieces of mail. My poor neighbor keeps having to deliver my mail to me. In the short time I’ve lived here, I have seen the mail box, (which holds several addresses’ worth of mail) have a completely open and unlocked door swinging wide open for anybody to come and steal the mail and packages which are left completely vulnerable. This was also in the late hours of the evening!! In a time when identity theft is rampant, this is inexcusable!! Don’t even try calling, because these lazy POS don’t ever answer the phone. I am looking into legal possibilities - this is beyond ridiculous.

I don’t know why our carriers don’t ever come around the same time like most places.. I lost my key an have tried to reach out but was told to talk to my carrier .. I work a can’t get to the office I have items mailed to me .. my location isn’t open on Sat so I will have to take time off to come to the office .. I know it’s not their fault I lost my key but it’s frustrating.. I don’t get much mail but I need to get my items ..

Our mailman never attempts to deliver our packages. He's too lazy, so instead, he just leaves us the notes for us to come pick up the package in person. Then, the Post Office returns the packages back to the sender before we come to pick them up. Worthless.

The drive thru Mail Drop off lane is useless. They turned all mailboxes around requiring drives to get out of their vehicle to use them. Why even have a drive thru lane?!

I don't know how many time I need to request a package pickup before someone actually comes to get it. LAZY carriers coming out of this location. Also, the numbers are literally posted next to my door of the building and apt # but yet they still can't manage to drop my package off at the correct door!! Carrier also likes to not even try to deliver boxes half the time and just slaps an "attempted delivery" slip in the mailbox. One more time and I'm reporting to the BBB. As a government organization, y'all are AWFUL. DO BETTER

The self serve mail kiosk is buggier than a dead horse. It has a click response to let you know your typing has been successful. Getting it to click is very difficult. Clearly needs servicing by someone that knows what they are doing. After about 20 minutes of entering and verifying info, the machine errored out and had to refund my credit card. After all that, I still had to wait in line. Unfortunately, the USPS just gets worse and worse each year.

Tara has no business working with people. Completely rude and disrespectful to her customers. Surprisingly it sounds like she's a supervisor given that she was scolding another employee while he was in front of another customer.
