Hours on the building say 9-12 on Saturdays. Truth is they are closed on Saturdays.

My work schedule exceeds their business hours so I have to use the personal kiosk. I made a trip here to use the kiosk after work, and there were literally no boxes within the unlocked areas except a few super tiny boxes because whoever left for the day didn't restock the boxes. So I have to drive to another location. Waste of time.

Staff very helpful and very patient with me when I went in to verify my identity for an address change. I had misunderstood what they were asking me for, but it wasn't their fault. They demonstrated excellent patience and customer service skills and helped me get my issue resolved! I would give 10 stars if I could.

Steve at USPS Falcon Field is one of the shining stars of our postal service. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient helping me get my shipment put together and sent off with the maximum amount of insurance and secure 2-day delivery. Everyone at this northeast Mesa location does a great job but Steve is the best of the best. Thanks!

Horrible mail delivery people didn’t put my mail in the box but could put my family members plus people who didn’t even live here any more but not me or my daughter cause we’re not on ther current leases I do have a right not be on the lease cause of a accident that happened to me to protect my daughter and myself from harms ways and the mail carrier throw my mail and my daughters mail away on several occasions and no the box they delivered they have not tried to bring my like the said cause there parcel boxes won’t open and they are dis honest people and I was told they were going to call me with an update 24 hours later and it past 24 hour and no call like get it together y’all have one job and can even do it why they pay y’all to do a job y’all can’t even do don’t know but yall getting money and don’t even deserve it hope the employees that work here and have shamefully thrown a 5 month old baby’s Christmas cards and health insurance cars away and basically won’t deliver a box that has her baby clothes in it hope y’all go to we’re y’all belong and god will deal with that but honestly hope they got fired or get fired soon and maybe learn to do there jobs right don’t mess with my baby and her stuff they could mess with mine all day but y’all jerks for a kids stuff get it together y’all

Hands down the worst place I been in. Only one way in. One way out. The place is dirty and dusty. Ghost town like. Few are rude. And when I called. Third time they answered. And did not help.did not care.they should not get any star-☆
