I want to take a moment to recognize Mr. Sampson, the mailman supervisor, for his outstanding service and professionalism. From the very first interaction, he demonstrated a level of respect, courtesy, and dedication that is rare to find. He not only listened attentively to my concerns but also took the time to follow up with me personally, ensuring everything was resolved to my satisfaction.
What stood out the most was his courage to address the matter directly and his commitment to doing things the right way. Mr. Sampson’s respectful demeanor, clear communication, and proactive follow-through left a lasting impression. He went above and beyond the standard, and his actions reflect true leadership and care for the community he serves.
In a time where great customer service can be hard to come by, Mr. Sampson is a shining example of what it means to serve with integrity, compassion, and dedication.

I have always found the employees here helpful and professional. Kudos to the USPS! We've lived abroad and tried to mail things to several different countries to our children, and we never know when or if they will receive what we've sent. But we can rely on the USPS!

The older heavy set blonde girl in the front gave me the most rude customer service i’ve experienced in my entire time on this planet if her hire ups ever saw how she spoke to me she would’ve been let go on the spot but no one was around, you’ll know she always has a frown on her face, just don’t question her or make her do her job or you will be getting her talking back and telling u to go elsewhere, i cannot believe that happened to me today im still stunned, id give negative stars if i could, if a hire ups sees this please check cameras or review her, i think if she was taught the correct way to assess situations and problems customers have, she would lose her attitude

I am genuinely confused why I got turned away at this post office. I needed to return my package to the sender in order to get my refund back. So essentially “refusing” the package is what I was told to do by the sender. I asked this older white lady up front with brown hair (she was working behind the counter on 5/20/25 around 12p, I didn’t catch her name) that I needed to return my package to the sender. She just said they can’t accept it, and nor do they return to the sender at this location, and that I needed to go to the USPS on Crismon & Ellsworth instead? I honestly never have a reason to step foot into a post office because I never send out packages…So I believed her, didn’t ask questions, and just went to the other location. Which is actually on Crismon & Southern, not crismon & ellsworth… I should’ve caught that they both run parallel to each other. So finally I walk into that post office, tell them what I needed to do, but also told them the USPS on Power & Broadway said they don’t “return packages to sender” at that location. This lady at the Crismon & Southern location gave me this look like she wanted to laugh but also seemed so shocked and annoyed and said “I am SO SORRY you had to come over here to do this, because there is no reason why they couldn’t accept your package there and return it, because they definitely can” and I was so upset to hear that. I had so many things going on this day, that I didn’t care to question why I was turned away, but now i’m almost wondering if it was for “other” reasons…rhymes with face. After reading all the terrible reviews of this post office, I guess I am no longer surprised. Just unfortunate because I live right down the street from this one.

First of all, I'm a small business owner and heavily depend on shipping. With no other USPS post office have I had such ridiculous issues. I understand that this may be an older office and doesn't have a self service machine like I've seen in every other USPS post office but this place is ridiculous. They keep all forms behind the counter and always have a very long line so you have to wait in line to ask for an international mailing slip. The majority (I want to say 14 out of 16) packages I have shipped with this USPS have arrived weeks late. And I know that it's not their USPS's because I have shipped to most of these customers before. The next closest USPS is five miles away. There's also no drop off section in this USPS so you have to wait air in like even if it's just to drop off a letter or something. Just truly the worst USPS experience I've had. Every other USPS I've been to rocks though, no complaints.

Rude and unfriendly staff… the middle aged Asian lady is unbearable.. I went up to ask a question about my labeling because I wasn’t sure then she rudely told me to “make sure I had everything together next time”…like l didn’t have the label together cause I wasn’t sure?? And you’re here to HELP.. Geez, then went to the white male & after I told him thank you, no your welcome, have a good day… Just unwelcoming and almost robotic. Like they’re just counting down to go home for the day & do it again.

I only go here infrequently but the lines are usually short and I've found the workers there to be friendly and helpful.

Young lady asking and trying to bend my envelope?? Not even asking but DEMANDING to know what was inside? Not asking at first if fragile or perishable etc but wanting to know what it was??? I asked if she was even supposed to ask that because I didnt want her and everyone knowing I had gifts cards Inside to be sent to a leftover giftcard sales company. Then acted snooty and said she could ask what was inside etc. Crazy. Rude. Uncomfortable. Now I'll just be worried about my giftcards as if that's such a crazy thing to be mailing???

An organization run by people who can’t put the right key for people’s packages in the right mailbox multiple times. Outstanding work guys/gals.

Rude with bad attitudes I came looking for my mail instead of explaining that my mail was sent back in a positive way they had an attitude the manager and the guy in the front if you don’t like people you shouldn’t work in a field where there are PEOPLE AND WE’RE going to ask questions etc !! Smh glad I don’t ever have to go back to that post office again…

0 rating if I can. The worst experience ever. I sent a $1,000 certificate through this post office, and it was lost. The postal headquarters provided me with a claim form and instructed me to submit it at the post office. However, when I went here, two supervisors don't know to process the claim, and they refused to offer any help or information. Their behavior was completely unprofessional, and their attitude was dismissive and disrespectful.
