Called post office this morning to inquire about 2 separate packages that arrived there yesterday morning according to the tracking updates. (This is not my local usps so having packages sent there isn’t normal). The gentleman that I spoke to was very kind and professional and explained the possible issue relating to the Phoenix distribution center scanning process and how they don’t physically have the packages at their location. I’m hoping the problem is figured out soon but I appreciate the customer service, thank you!

Tried calling the number on their website during their open business hours, for a question not answered on the website, for 30 minutes. They never answered.

You guys don't like me to get my coffee for some reason. My second time ordering from this same merchant and for some reason everytime it reaches you, you decide to reroute it to a different state. Unbelievable. I can't even contact you to correct it because your contact number sends me to a voicemail that is conveniently full. I'm basically stuck in limbo waiting for this package for another week until the next facility corrects YOUR error. And I have no choice in the matter because my mail has to come through you because I had the misfortune of being within proximity. You guys have proven time and time again that you're a useless government entity and I don't feel sorry that other delivery services have outgrown you.

This is my primary location. I visit at least once a month. All of the staff are professional and helpful. It doesn't get as busy as other locations in the valley.

Always super patient and helpful, been here a handful of times. Service is moderately fast despite lack of employees, they work hard are very polite and understanding. Many people are frustrated with their situation coming in even though it certainly is not the post offices fault it can be easy to blame them as theyre the ones in front of you. I couldn't do their job considering how they are treated and much honor to them for dealing with it so well. A man with a dark beard, dark hair and glasses has helped me sort multiple very complex issues various times, he needs a raise for his hard work even though he really did not have to do all that he did, it's not even in his job description but he always goes above and beyond to help serve people.

This has to be the WORST POST OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO OR ENCOUNTERED! Their service is absolutely horrible! The manager John has been withholding my mail for over a month now for no reason at all and will not give me my mail and is to scared to come out of his office to met me face to face. He won’t give me a reason why he’s withholding my mail. He just keeps sending he’s employee’s to tell me he’ll call me and he never calls me! I’ve ordered my car registration twice now and credit cards and never got them! So I’m driving around with no registration! All because of this horrible post office! I’ve done nothing wrong to deserve this random act of him choosing me out of all ten of my roommates to just start withholding my mail out of every body! It makes no sense! Not that I wish this upon anybody it’s just random he chose my name and my mail to take! You are so wrong guy! Karma will get you! I will let the world know! Your supervisors know! Everybody! This place sucks! It’s a joke! Don’t even waste your time and go here! 👎
