  Well my friends this place totally Sucked today. You know the rules, 1 Postal worker and 12 people in line today an no a/c on. So the postal worker working with the lady at her counter took over 1/2 hour for 2 small boxes 📦 🤔 😑 unbelievable I need a job, lol. Friends the stamps will be going up again, what a joke🥸🥴😠☠️💀🤡👻😭🤯🤢

  Everyone was in a bad mood. No one dressed like they work at the post office . Misdeliverd package issue not resolved.

  Post man NEVER READS. Although it clears indicates the 2 last names on my mailbox, they continue to put mail that belong to a bunch of other people. Zero intelligence. So other people’s private medical and financial info going to wrong person. I do not feel my information is safe with these post men. How do I know if they do not put my mail in other mailboxes?

  Really the women shown are disgusting as a person, I approach them to tell them that if there is no one who can help me take down my package or some car to transport it to the offices because I have an injury in my spine I can't carry weight, and he answers me there is no one but you can look for someone outside in a sarcastic tone, outside?   Sandra is very rude and unwelcoming. I was the only person in the building and it seemed to heavily bother her that I needed to pickup a package. She was quick about it but I’ve never felt so disrespected

  This is the absolute WORST post office I had to wait in line while an older woman with white long hair stared at me in line and said “I can’t help you I have to close my drawer” only to then stand in line for 10 minutes until a gentleman with the worst attitude slowly waltz’s over and doesn’t even apologize doesn’t even make eye contact only to then proceeed to find anyway he could NOT TO HELP ME. This is the 2nd time I’ve had a bad experience here the last time I was told I couldn’t be helped becuz I didn’t have tape I AM AT THE POST OFFICE! I swear the lack of consideration or even a basic sense of customer service is appalling. I will never come back here and I suggest to everyone else to do the same becuz this place is a total joke.

  August 10th 2024 11:40 A.M.: I have been waiting for my mail for over an hour. The postman on this shift has literally skipped over my area and no one in my area has received mail.
  
  I am off of 24th Street and Broadway. The guy has only driven down Chestnut today.
  
  Every time I wait for me on a Saturday, this guy is always late. He has never been on time.
  
  I am waiting on a government check to be mailed out to me. I know United States postal service is busy, but the wait times are absolutely to try to reach an employee.
  
  I would like to file a grievance against this man. He has come at 2:00 p.m. before and there are no apologies.
  
  It is not okay to make people wait this long for mail. Each post office should actually have a phone number you should be able to reach a real person on rather than automated systems.
  
  I get they get busy but this is ridiculous and this is one of the reasons they have such low ratings.
  
  I would rate 0. There are people that rely on this and they take advantage of that.

  They either mark it as "failed delivery" when it is deliverable or "delivered" when they don't deliver....

  I haven't received my mail since June 12. The carrier keeps marking my packages as delivered when they have not been. This post office will not answer the phone. I went down there and they said they would call me. I never received a call. The postal carrier was no help either. Told me to keep bugging the post office. I have lived here for three years, there have been no changes on my side. The people in charge of this post office aren't good at their job.

  The team at this USPS location consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that each customer’s needs are met efficiently and courteously. Whether it's mailing a simple letter or handling a complex shipping request, the staff is always knowledgeable, patient, and eager to assist. Their professionalism and friendliness create a welcoming atmosphere that makes each visit a pleasant experience.

  Reading the negative reviews I had to laugh, people need to get over they’re self entitled me me me attitude, do they realize that on a daily basis they literally deal with millions of pieces of mail and packages a day? Get over it…

  Don’t even attempt delivery. I’ve had multiple packages from Amazon “failed”, but they don’t actually attempt. So now I have to go to the post office to pick up my packages. Whatever happened to Amazon just leaving the packages on the doorstep? I just moved from PA and NEVER had this problem, the post offices here suck. I also received certified mail, and they never attempted to knock either. They just lied and said failed delivery even though I was home the whole time. Had to go to the post office for that one too. I’ve never been to the post office this many times in my life in a 2 month span.

  Never ever get my packages but they swear they put it in my box. The package was too big for my box! So how was it that it was "delivered"?

  Will not even attempt to deliver any packages. They just write up a B.S. note and take my parcel here. I work 6-5 pm so I can't get here till my day off at the end of the week. And the people who work here just don't care and profile people in the area.
