Lovely place for elders to live. The have everything from workout center' laundry mat and bar and grill. They eve have a post office! I have family that lives here and the love it! Friendly staff and safe neighborhood.

Great location, 55 plus RV park, with permanent residents too.Always stuff going on!. On season bands play 5nts a week.Dinners, coffee & donuts, other activities weekly! Swimming pools, Jacuzzis, and much more.Nearby activities: The clubhouse on site has alot of activities weekly.Walkability: Walk to McDonalds, stores and more in area.Food & drinks: Different dinners and events happening monthly!

Used to be a good place but recent management decisions and removal of amenities has left many residents upset. Home owners not considered and treated with poor customer service.

Was here to deliver a car to a client everything was great the great staff very professional. Drop off was easy and fast and we made a quick getaway LOL getaway ..like it was easy to exit.

We arrived at 2 pm in Saturday 1st. No one in the office or anywhere to help us only the folks that directed us to our site. Huge area with a lot of thing going on but no one to help guest who are only here for two days.We travel the country in our RV and they seem to only want long term stays. Bottom lone no one here to help you. Must not be a snow bord.

Winter visitor and have spent 5 months at this incredible facility. There’s something for everyone/ activities covering 2 full pages / people are friendly/ property is maintained and facilities are clean and safe. Several events in the New Grand Ball room have been amazing. I find the Location in Mesa is great to get to any event in the Valley/ We are Pet owners have a dog 5 dog parks within which are kept clean by the pet owners unfortunately there is the odd pet owner who fails to look after their PET DEPOSIT/ Pet owners have created a big social group among themselves and the love of animals . The live bands/ dancing afternoons in courtyard with FOOD and bar service makes this a incredible RESORT FOR ACTIVE SENIORS / many who have come for 20 wand more. TRY IT YOU’LL LIKE IT
