I’ve never gone inside, but I use the “upside” app, which is free, and often get 5-10 cents per gallon off. I’ve never been mugged either, and honestly that’s my biggest desire with any gas station

Service was unprofessional and the guy at the counter was not actively helping customers. He was just pointing to the self scan machine.

I came here with 1 mile left in my tank only for the entire gas station to be engulfed in flames. How am I supposed to fill up? I think one of the employees should have called 911 by now.

The worst location in Mesa other than the one on Guadalupe. There's a huge native lady here that acts like you're a problem, rather than a customer.

Went in to purchase some candy and a polar pop for our night. When we went in, the sprite was out of order. My boyfriend and I then decided to purchase a 2 liter sprite and filled two cups with ice, since the two liter was not chilled. When checking out the employee was sitting on her phone in the corner and while checking us out was charging us $1.09 for each cup of ice stating that she needed to charge for the cup wether we had soda in it or not. $1.09 for each cup?!? We then asked is it not free for water in AZ and proceeded to tell us they only give homeless people courtesy cups. should have just gone to QT with better customer service and employees with understanding. Your machine was down and you couldn’t even offer us a courtesy cup of water?!

Can't get a money order at any of these stores anymore, they say the machine is broke but it's the same at every store. Coincidence, I don't think so. There's a reason they don't want to do it, because it is a little extra work. Some lie better than others but every store for 6 months that I tried said their machine was broken,.

Your website mentions restrooms but when asked, the gentleman said you don’t have public restrooms and that I need to go next door to McDonalds. Makes me wonder if they have to go next door too? Correct your website!

Anthony is probably the slowest worker, but on top of that, they are trained to be a PITA to their regular customers with ID checks (not just eyes, they need you to pull it out to scan) even though they see them once or twice DAILY. Like for real, the one on Guadalupe is way more professional AND FRIENDLY
