I chose this service because of the great reviews. However, my experience was rather frustrating. After waiting over double the quoted time for a truck to arrive. When Ansel, I believe his name was, arrived, he did not greet me but rather shouted loudly “GET IN THE TRUCK, WHERE ARE YOUR KEYS?!” This was off-putting as is, but to add to the discomfort, during the drive he was clearly distracted and nearly rear-ended 3 separate vehicles. Not to mention the constant complaint of dispatch being “Retarded”
I will never utilize this company ever again.

Just got done using Valley Express for the first time, my Driver was Anthony and his truck was unit #37 I believe. First off amazing customer service from his first call to shaking hands. Very professional, courteous and great customer service. I will be using them again to handle any of my fleets needs.

Let me start by saying , the driver Anthony was very professional, I've been in the wrecker business for 25 plus years, and he's the real deal, I was very impressed with the way this young man carried himself, from the hook to the drop 100%< keep up the good work Anthony and plz stay safe always.

My car decides to have some issues today. Anthony from Valley Express Towing! He deserves a BIG fat raise! He made a bad day 100% better! Valley Express Towing is very lucky to have someone like him! He is a HUGE asset to the company

Wonderful service. Tractor trailer made to tight of a turn and got stuck in the culvert. James was quick and efficient with the rig and got it righted very quickly. Dispatch was very friendly and communication was excellent.

These employees need re-training. The front desk old lady who seems like she’s missing tooth, I asked her to show me the policies and she didn’t even know her own policies. Her response was “I don’t know maybe somewhere in the front” like what type of customer service is that?
We had to take multiple trips because of how they lacked on informing clients the right information. What a joke

The man that helped at the tow yard was super helpful and friendly as well as quick. He went out of his way to help me with issues that wasn't his concern and even gave me info on an auto shop nearby for a repare I needed fixed

Called for emergency towing, and the dispatcher gave us a 20-30min eta. And they never showed up. I will never call this company again. And we called a second time to get an eta, and the dispatcher was just very rude.

My husband had a tire blow out on a very busy part of the I10/ 17. We called 2 tow services before calling Valley Tow. We got hung up on 2 times when we mentioned where my husband’s car was. I was so overwhelmed and unhappy!! BUT
Thankfully Valley tow took the call and had a truck out to us within 30 min!!
I can’t remember the drivers name but he was so kind. I would definitely recommend them!

They showed up early and were very friendly .
Their equipment is brand new and well equipped to handle my semi truck chassis box truck . The pricing is very reasonable I can’t ask for a better service.

We had such a great experience with Valley Express Towing in Mesa. We arrived right at closing, but the owner and staff were incredibly kind and didn’t rush us at all. They patiently let us retrieve all of our belongings from my husband’s truck, even staying late to help. Everyone we interacted with was genuine, helpful, and understanding. Truly above and beyond service—we’re so grateful!

They charge maximum dollar. Higher than anyone else I called. But they at least arrived quickly at 9pm.
