The man who dilvered your equment was very charming and was very perfesional at his job. He explained how to use everything and made sure we were comfortable with every thing. He made me feel very comfortable and told me if i needed antthing he would help me with it. He left here making me feel comfortable and greatful. He made my day.

The only thing I have is to suggest that items being sent to patients be double checked for sizing... I received head gear that is way to big but was not allowed to get another of proper size until the cycle time is up... which is almost 3 months away.

The team that did my fitting and training were great. The CPAP has changed my life. The resupply was fine, but attempted to get assistance on the phone and was shuffled between different offices and/or numbers that went to voice mail. The team needs a review of phone routing and customer service to support your customers. Everything communicates - poor phone service communicates a non caring service provider.
