The seating specialist took my chair out to his van to repair. He came back with new casters installed pretty fast. No fifth star because it took 2 months to get the parts.

The guys that come out and help, measure set you up with a chair were wonderful, the problem that comes into play is getting anything repaired! It takes forever. The customer service is the worst. This is very hard on a person that so needs a wheelchair to function . They do not have any spare parts or help in getting by while you wait for the parts. I came to this company where they promised speedy help. Wrong! I am so disappointed.

I had a screw fall from my power chair that needed to be replaced and today a professional, efficient and totally pleasant technician named John came and in no time was able to replace the screw as well as give me very good information about my chair that I did not know. I appreciate the efforts made by Valley Seating to get me back on the road to independence. Thank you all so much.

I had another great experience with Valley Seating. Modification to my chair went great and it's going to meet my needs. Mr John was courteous and efficient and prompt. All experiences I've had since acquiring my chair have been exceptional.

Hard to express in words how deeply we appreciate Valley Seating and Mobility! Carl Foster was instrumental in helping me get a power wheel chair my brother so desperately needed. He help me with all the red tape and communicated with me step by step what was going on. Once we got the chair approved he was so understanding with the day and time of delivery. The chair ofcourse is perfect for my brother as Carl measured and took notes of what exactly my brother needed. Ermelinda Garcia as well was so kind amd supportive. Thank You Valley Seating and Mobility! My brother Eduardo is now excited to get out of bed and is a happy man!

In my initial review, I expressed dissatisfaction with certain aspects of my experience. However, after submitting my feedback, Valley Seating & Mobility has taken significant steps to rectify these issues.
Eva provided me with a comprehensive explanation of the circumstances that led to my dissatisfaction and sincerely apologized for the inconvenience caused. I received my ultralight wheelchair in November, and I am thoroughly impressed with its quality.
Vinny, Custom Mobility Specialist, played a pivotal role in ensuring that I received the appropriate wheelchair. He conducted a thorough measurement session to tailor the wheelchair to my specific needs, demonstrating exceptional knowledge and expertise. I will be delighted to recommend Valley Seating & Mobility in the future. Thank you for your assistance.
I want to document the following experience with Valley Seating and Mobility:
Upon contacting Valley Seating and Mobility on August 6th or 7th regarding an ultralight wheelchair, I was given information about the process. I promptly informed my doctor and requested that all necessary information be sent. On August 9th, I followed up to ensure my doctor forwarded all the required details. I was informed that the processing was still ongoing and was advised about the 24-hour timeline for processing, as well as the need for a PT evaluation and measurements to get an ultralight wheelchair.
Subsequently, on August 13th, when I attempted to follow up and inquire about progress, I was transferred to the rehab department, where my call went unanswered, leading me to leave a voicemail. Today, on August 16th, I contacted Valley Seating and Mobility again, only to be informed that they do not deal with ultralight wheelchairs. This is perplexing, as I had a detailed conversation with a representative last week regarding the entire process.
Moreover, this information was not disclosed when I requested the names of the individuals in charge of the rehab department for future reference. Per my understanding, I was supposed to be contacted within 24 hours of placing my order. Unfortunately, the level of service I have encountered does not align with the 5-star reviews the company has received.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and would welcome the opportunity to discuss this experience further. Thank you for your time and assistance.

Pt therapist and representative of valley were pushing a wheelchair that was completely unnecessary each would agree on unnecessary equipment making cost and size of equipment not practical.. unprofessional and scamming people
