I was a bit concerned that the high rating was just due to the low number of ratings, but after visiting the branch personally, I know the high rating is justified. This is a small branch staffed with very pleasant and helpful people. Kevin was absolutely wonderful in helping me with the reason for my visit and even solved a whole other problem I had. I would recommend going to this branch for your financial needs.

I've had many pleasant experiences at this V.W. location (Crismon and Baseline). The employees are ALWAYS friendly, helpful and greet you with a smile and exit you with a thank you - that is hard to find nowadays and for that I am extremely thankful !! There have been occasions where I have needed additional help that the V.W. 800 # was unable to provide and this location always steps up to rectify or follow up on what I need. This actually happened recently with a credit card reward category question I had for their Vantage West Connect card. Kevin (teller) went above and beyond calling the needed parties at the 800 HDQ # (Tucson, AZ) and didn't stop until he got me the exact answer that I was looking for. Even when the branch manager was telling me that they really couldn't provide me with much more info, Kevin came thru with the win and got me EXACTLY what I needed (I knew someone had the info it was just finding the right person to take ownership of the inquiry and follow thru until the end and that person was the Rockstar Kevin !!) Keep up the awesome work guys :) P.S. Vantage West Tucson HDQ - you need to seriously be looking at Kevin for a management position !! P.S.S. for those who are looking to join Vantage West; the Connect credit card is AMAZING
