Nicholas was the best rep I’ve ever dealt with. I was stressing having to deal with my broken phone and he was kind, informative, and best of all I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes with a solution to my problem.

I just want to say it’s been a long time since I’ve experienced this level of customer service. Dan and Paul took the time to ensure my husband and I got the best plan and offer for our budget. I can’t say enough about how great these guys were.

recently visited this store to change the plan and get 16 pro max.. sales person was not much interested in talking the real issue.. stocks for iPhone is not sufficient.. they ask you to go online and do everything.. junior sales persons seeks help from senior ones and change their opinion every time based on that.. not helpful customer service. They are impatient, not ready to listen and respond..

Very poor experience with Sam that stated he was the “store manager” My wife and I joined Verizon less than 24hrs ago and are having issues. Sam stated that the only place that can help me for the first 30 days is the store that opened my account. Also, said “since they messed up the account, they need to be the ones to fix it” then stated he had no access or ability to assist me. This conversation took place about 2 feet from the door. Upon calling and speaking with customer service, they stated that the issues I am having were able to be resolved by any Verizon store/employee. This review will be posted across all reviews platforms so new customers can avoid Sam. Very unprofessional and poor customer experience especially for a new customer. Customer relations and operational support have been contacted and are working on this incident.

Went in to return an item as directed by the Verizon call center. There were Verizon sales people standing around. Eventually, someone came up, and I explained I had a return. First guy didn't want to process it. Got passed over and had to wait. Second lady also didn't want to process the return. I'd been waiting for about an hour now. I told second lady Verizon told me to return here and dropped item on table. She told me she's refusing to serve me & I had to leave. I cursed as I was leaving, then old guy called me an A-hole. I turned around and told him not to speak to me that way. He jumped up with fists in the air and came at me. All the Verizon clerks started pushing me out the door when old guy came at me calling me an a-hole. Whole store is lazy and treats customers poorly. Go anywhere else but here

Went in there Sunday trying to get my data transferred after a Samsung update broke my capability to connect to any Wi-Fi SSID. The girl that was going to "help me" was condescending. When I noticed she was going to try to use the same app I had already tried. Literally said to me, "This is why we charge for this service because it's common sense." And that's what's wrong with young workers these days. They think everyone seeking help lacks IT knowledge. She had no idea I'm a Senior Network Engineer. Didn't fix my issue nor had any suggestions. At least the Apple store provided me with a workaround without a condescending tone.

Was sent to this corporate store from another store to have a QR code scanned to activate an esim. The other store said if I made it before 8pm they can set it up really quick. I get to the store by 7:40pm and as I'm walking to the door one of the associates RUNS to lock the door before I get to the handle and goes to the back. The other associate looked to be with a customer and also did not check on me as I stood at the door. I drove 25 minutes to activate it and was ignored leaving me with no service. I stopped by a family member's to see if I could borrow a phone to call corporate and fortunate they were able to send a QR code to activate the esim. I understand everyone wants to go home but to physically run and lock me out without seeing if they could help really quick is rude and unprofessional. Check your employees Verizon

Got a new phone, which was cool, but had to go back because after the transfer, the phone wouldn't work. They fixed it though!

Dwayne was super helpful when we came in to switch over from our other service provider and open a business account. He was very patient and friendly. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a phone store, especially compared to my previous provider. Thanks again!
