I have a business account and was told that this location could assist me with some account issues.Well third time visiting this location and the three times were not a really good experience.This last time was as bad as not even being able to get any assistance because the lady that was signing us in had a terrible attitude.As soon as we told her what we were there for she said we won’t help.“What else do you want we are really busy right now “ we left and decided to visit another place

I typically go here with an appt and I haven't had to go in a lot, but I've had some phone replacements/activations in the past couple years and the store has been able to quickly help me. However, I'm not sure if I had gone in here last week with the problems I was having if they would have been resolved or not, but I am not basing this review on what ifs. Each person that I have ever had to deal with in the past couple years here have been helpful, efficient, and competent. To help reduce wait time, which could be a lot, it's best to make an appt.

It's hard to fathom how bad Verizon customer service is. An ambitious lawyer could make a fortune pursuing a class action suit against this company for purposely overcharging people due their poor customer service platform. It leads to wildly expensive charges. I've been a customer for several decades. So I know first hand. The problem is that a lack of competition makes it difficult to find a better option.

I went in to find out why I received a bill for WiFi when I'm on the government lifeline plan.He was very very rude to me. Wouldn't even look into it for me. Rudely telling me to contact the lifeline and it wasn't Verizon's problem. Over and over saying that and not even attempting to help me. I said I would just bring the equipment back and he told me to not bring it to that store. Rudely telling me to go to a different store.I'm over 60 and have never had a young man treat me so disrespectfully.You should hire people who are willing to help a customer.Wendy Studebaker

I never write reviews especially a negative one but I was in store for about 15 mins without none of the 3 employees that were there to ask me if I needed help or anything I'm opening 4 new lines but I will be going to a different location all of them were helping a customer but I would of thought they would take a quick 30 seconds just to acknowledge me and say we will be right with u or something .

I swear this place takes for ever just like waiting for a doctor. Some Workers are just sitting around and going to back office and never coming back out. Don’t want to do customer service find another job. We have places to go and get done or go to work. Verizon workers are sleep walking. Customer comes first. Wake the F up. Generation x

IMPORTANT MUST READ From setting up the service wrong to canceling it wrong and the worst customer service. I honestly have never dreaded having to go into as business like I did this store and to their negligence again I had to go in again today because I received a bill for 160.45 something that because my account wasn't closed properly. I received a credit of like 38 or then 3 days before the 160 was due I got the bill. I dealt with Arturo when I canceled it and a very very difficult he didn't want listen at all just kept saying I owe 11.02. He didn't want to listen when I told him what I was told activation first bill the discount for screen protector and case. Told me I was and kept saying I owed. A sup came out listen actually listened and made sense to the sup. I was willing and knew I owed a 50.00 restocking fee which would of left a credit. Told the supervisor one time and he listened and fixed he was great. When I canceled was not advised I would receive another bill for the 3 days of service I had nothing but I received a bill for 2.58 and didn't receive the credit so went back for that. A waste of time the rep gave me wrong info and got a supervisor telling me I had to call somewhere else and have it researched. I had to go back today and dreaded and Arturo didn't disappoint with his crappy customer service. Kept saying I had to wait 3 minutes to be told that I owed for the 3 days and had to call financial service waste more time bc they didn't there job right canceling it correctly. A sup with kick ass glasses came out and said I had to call them as well and kept giving different possible excused for the bill. They asked for my number to give customer finances to call me. No thank you bc I'm sure would be like everything else with them done so left and called the number. 45 minutes on the phone bc of there error but the customer service from financial services was incredible. He listened and help and the bill was fixed and I didn't owe anything. I CAN SEE WHY THE STORE IS EMPTY ALL THE TIME BECAUSE WORST SERVICE. SALES REPS NEED TO LEARN FROM FINANCIAL SERVICES AND IT MAY HAVE NORE CUSTOMER. Arturo was wrong that I owed 11.02 when canceling and wrong that I owed for the 3 days of service. Any issues I would avoid the rep as well as that store. THIS IS ONLY REGARDING THE STORE REPS NOT VERIZON AS A WHOLE!

Went in I believe Sept 14th. George greeted me as soon as I walked in. I needed a new SIM card and he helped me out right away. Walked me through everything in a way I could easily understand and made sure everything was working before I left. The whole process took less than 10 mins and I was on my way. 5 stars

The staff in this location are very helpful. I went in not knowing what I wanted, and after talking with them, I left with two new phones that I am very happy with. Making changes to my plan and transferring info to the new phones was quick and painless.

SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW WILL NOT HELP! POINT BLANK PERIOD! I have TIME AND TIME AND TIME AND TIME again called my dad for over phone verification at Verizon's stores ALL over the valley just fine. This prick of a lady says it's illegal to do that and won't even help! No she just doesn't know how to do her job!! Sat in Verizon for HOURS just to get my phone reset. HOURS or arguing with this RUDE a** lady.. Talking about "I was here last night and I never saw you" When I never even said last night I said last time but she's like 80 years old and probably can't hear well VERIZON HIRE BETTER
