I returned my defective tablet today and was charged a fifty dollar restock fee plus a 30 dollar data load fee so my data from my defective tablet could be loaded o to my replacement one. That's bad enough. Then the dishonest salesman had the nerve to over charge me five dollar more a month than the advertise price on the tablets store demo. He told me that's not the price. So that's false advertising. Will not return here.

Thieves. Don't use Verizon
They sold me a router and was supposed to get 5g Internet. A few months after I discovered that my address is not eligible for 5g. Only LTE. And they upgraded and charge me per Gb. I was paying $250_$350 a month for internet in 2025
Even when I took my losses and cancelled my account they keep sending me bills

This Verizon is so nice! This is actually the second location we have been to and both were amazing. I don’t know what Verizon does to keep their company happy but every call, every person is so kind.

Gilly, is truly one of a kind with the BEST customer service. I was ready to leave Verizon but Gilly lives up to the “most reliable” logo/person. Verizon could only improve if Gilly was duplicated! This is the store to come to when you want things done right! Somebody give this man a raise please 🙏🏾!

They service here is a heart felt family and friendly environment. Took care of needs and made sure I was completely satisfied. Anthony Liebel was awesome. I explained I was a new customer and moving from Boost. And he made my experience amazing. Thank you Verizon you have gained a new loyal customer.

I had a really bad situation in which an indirect provider sold me things I didn't want or need and then wouldn't help resolve the issue. I went to this Verizon store and was helped by Tony. He was amazing and patient. He got everything figured out for me. I will be coming to this store from now on.

Isaac helped us today and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store. We had a terrible experience with a different one and he absolutely made it better. Everyone here was super kind and understanding of our questions and were very patient!!

Our visit to this store was exceptional because the customer service rep Brennen. My husband and I are not as tech savvy being older and he was patient, kind, smart and so very helpful. He explained everything so well. He set us up with a new phone, helped with our account management and helped with tech questions. Because of Brennen we will definitely be back to see him for any future purchases. He is a superb asset to this store . If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Do NOT go here; Absolute worst Verizon store in Gilbert-Mesa area, staffed with several noisey, interupting, ignorant, pushy, inconsiderate young females. They laugh, sneer, and make fun of customers while being only a few feet away from them or yell in their face. Actually that could be said for a wide array of employees here arrayed in other locations. But the ones here, will crap all over you. They also keep the ghetto music so loud, that you can't hear a word Tech support or customer service says, who font speak English anyway, so good luck with that.
They only sell phones here to push daily store closing sales volumes, and do not give a damned, about anything else like paying customers that need servicing.
This is likely a high volume store, and therefore, the last one you should think to be shopping at. Instead, look for other stores and other companies that are less crowded, higher quality staffing, not this store.
...Verizon overall, is some of the worst cellular phone service, apps and unexplainable technical issues, ever encountered.
Their STORE, SERVICE AND TECHNICAL customer complaint status on Google, could build a mountain. In ten years time, I never once had so many deep issues at TMobile.

Brennen is awesome! He answered all my questions in a professional and personable manner. He reviewed all promos available to me and discounts on streaming services. When it’s time to upgrade, I will ask for him personally.
