Verizon is trash period. just one month into Verizon and my bill almost 2000$ with damn unnecessary fees and charges. so upsetting they said they'll give good discount and waive fees but it takes forever to post on my account. It's a fraud .

Total frustration. i've been working to get my internet speed above .5M (yes, HALF a Meg). i arranged to have a new jetpack sent to the store and they would call me when it came in. a week later i stopped by the store and they said that they had it, but, they SENT IT BACK because i hadn't picked it up. THEY HADN'T CALLED ME TO SAY IT HAD ARRIVED! No Email either. how was i supposed to know? psychic intuition??? and it didn't occur to them to give me a ring BEFORE they sent it back either. such incompetence!

Literally the worst experience Ive had with verizon. Their greeter is totally unhelpful and they only have one person working?? The rest are in the back “doing a team meeting”. That would have been nice to know before we waited an hour and we were only 2nd in line! This location does not care about your business.

Went in Nono e said a work to us didn’t check us in had to wait 15 minutes to find out I needed to them after an HOUR AND A HALF we were told we needed to call in and it should be “quick” because they don’t combine Verizon services in store so instead we just wanted to add an iPad but when I told them they said okay give me a second and they would be with me then proceeds to make us wait another 45 minutes before just leaving because the customer service was just awful!

Logan was very helpful. This location is a well oiled machine, I seriously expected to have to wait hours to be helped however I was called in less than 15 mins. Logan was the associate who helped us. He fixed my daughter’s phone and had us out of the store in less than 5 minutes. Thank you Logan, I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday, and has a Happy New Year! Thank you so much for your hard work.

I always dread going into this place. Pablo wasted 3 hours of my time. I went in the first day to find out about trade in deals. Pablo was very wishy-washy about trade in deals. He kept trying to change my plan to a more expensive plan. I have 8 phones on my plan and have been a customer for decades. Then I brought in my trade in the next day and he said I would have to change plans to get the deal after I waited over an hour for him to finish with other customers. He could have told me this the day before. He kept going in the back for 20 minutes to talk to NASA or something. Plan on spending hours of your time if you go in. The sales team have no powers and will make you call customer service to get anything done. It’s like going to a used car lot. Now I’m shopping other providers to move my lines over. By the looks of other reviews it appears I’m not the only one having issues with this place.

As with other recent reviewers, if I could give this particular Verizon store a zero, I would. The staff is horrible. I was a walk in. However, I came to this store because 2 phone Verizon people told me to go in and one of the online chat people said to, that the in person could help me better. They were all wrong and I wasted 2 hrs of my life that I cannot get back. Check-in was fine and there were 4 people ahead of me. That was an hour wait to get to me. Normally I remember people's names as 3 people in store dealt with me and 2 people on the phone. Sad, 5 Verizon people could not resolve my issue that the prior day's Verizon chat person created. I really wish I could remember the guy's name (white with dark hair probably in his 20s) as he is part of the sales team but has very poor listening skills. He kept saying he could not help me and he wasn't trained to help me with my issue. That wasn't problem but that he must not have been trained to find the right person to help me (this should not be something you need to be trained to do). It's just sheer laziness. I can't help you because I'm not trained. Oh well. You're on your own to figure it out. He had me call Customer Care from my cell (a new phone). That Customer Care person was useless too, telling me that he'd been at that job for 5 yrs and there is no way to correct my problem (which a Verizon person did) and I had to wait 30 days. Called him out on this as the person that created the problem was the 2nd person in 2 days to do something in the area of screwing up my billing. I asked to speak with a the store's manager (Hailey) and she had her sales rep call again and I got a woman who was equally as useless. I have 6 lines with Verizon. Been a customer for 28 yrs. Perfect payment history. Verizon has been a great company for me up until the past 4 days. 1 store (3 people, 2 phone reps), at home (3 phone reps, 5 online chat people) = 13 Verizon people. My request, on my Next Billing Estimate, have the proper names for each of my 6 lines. These are NOT the Nicknames for the devices as the Nicknames do not talk to the Billing lines. With 6 lines, it is easy to confuse which line is what. The online chat rep screwed this up and named them all the same line as well as changed ownership of my account to my son (I did not authorize, but the Verizon chat rep did this). Anyway, after I left the store being in there 2 hrs, only 1 of my 2 issues resolved (and the 1 issue the 1st phone person I talked with, he said he could not change ownership of my account back to me, when I got upset as I said a Verizon rep changed ownership without my permission. I am the only one that has all the information for our accts, and not my son. He insisted that he had my son's SSN. I said my son never gave his SSN, and he doesn't know how to access any of the information. The past 4 days of dealing with Verizon, that all but 1 of the 13 people I have dealt with, are really incompetent, lazy, don't listen to the customer is absolutely awful. It seems like Verizon has now become like all the other crappy service oriented corporations out there with lazy, unintelligent employees. Also, if customers need to wait, they should have seats that are more comfortable to sit in. Probably sitting on the floor would be more comfortable, but not clean. Not moving to AT&T as I was going to do this earlier this year due to a great deal, but AT&T was awful to deal with. Verizon is supposed to be top of the line, but at least with the people I've dealt with, it's terrible.

So I come in on Friday the wait is over an hour and I say no she says we can set up an appointment for Saturday or Sunday i sez OK Sunday 1:45 so she set up the appointment. so today I drive all the way back over here, go in there and tell him I have an appointment at 1:45 he can't find it. Sez I don't have anybody but Ruth. I ask could it be under my phone number he says give me a phone number so I give him my phone number. don't have any other appointment besides Ruth. he says there's four ahead of you can wait I said nope! Should've told him I was going to T-Mobile.

If I could give these d-bags 0 stars I would...they take advantage of the elderly. I've taken 2 residents from our retirement community here, they both ended up being here for OVER 3 HOURS! They make them change rate plans and "upgrade" all their equipment....these are HORRIBLE SHADY people....I would NEVER let my family go here alone or unsupervised, they'll be ripped off

Nice folks. Issue with order was resolved but they needed to call customer service. I wish there were more “powers” that a store could do. My guy disappeared while I was on the phone so I could thank him for helping connect me with assistance. Still definitely a nice spot to resolve order issues.
