Malik Mason is a superb representative for Verizon - helped me in all the ways i asked for - and was able to get me a new phone and reduce my bill substantially. All of this with a smile - there was an error made by a rep he was speaking to in what was going to be my new overall bill and he caught it and contacted another rep who was very helpful and got the error corrected I was there for approx 2 1/2 hours but am a very satisfied Customer. Thanks Malik I will definitely give you a 10 stars!!!
